We had a company vacation in December 2024.I liked the hotel.A huge territory, there is a warm swimming pool.It wasn't crowded, the service was excellent, the room was lovely and large, and the room was relatively clean.The restaurant has a large selection of dishes-chicken, fish always.The desserts are delicious.The coffee is excellent from the machine.Ice cream sherbet at the pool bar.One of the disadvantages is clouds of mosquitoes.We hoped that it was winter and did not take the supplies) we bought them in the store on the 2nd day and used them in the evenings.The shows are interesting in the evening.The way to the beach on foot is exactly 20 min. at a leisurely pace.Sometimes we went, but more often we took the bus.The hotel is far from everything, of course
, but we took a taxi.We had a great rest and had fond memories.

I had a vacation in February 2025. Budget for 63 tons for 10 nights.The weather was warm, windy, but not critical.Overall, the hotel is good! I really liked the territory of the hotel, which is huge, well-groomed, clean, beautiful flowers, 5 pools, an aquapark, and a beautiful river. The food is good. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is a choice, don't expect any frills, but you definitely won't be hungry.The bars have the usual local alcohol. Bartenders are not smiley. There is a bus service to the beach once an hour. The beach is nice and wide.Entering the sea from the pier.Coral reef. From the shore, the depth is ankle-deep, many meters, for children to splash. . The beach bar is open, there is something to eat at lunch. 15 minutes walk to the beach.It is very convenient that beach towels can be taken at the hotel by the pool, on the beach and in the water park. You don't need to carry them. The rooms are large, everything works, the furniture is too old, the linen is stained and the cleaning is very poor.It is practically absent. Vacation at Lagoon Resort, Sharm el Sheikh left only pleasant impressions!
The first thing I would like to mention is the kind and helpful staff. All the hotel staff are smiling, friendly, and it is clear that they work with their hearts. The atmosphere is very friendly, you feel welcome.
The food is beyond praise! The menu is varied, and you can try something new every day. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings — we were served shrimp, squid, kebab, shish kebab and trout. Everything is very tasty and well prepared.
The infrastructure is impressive. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design. The rooms are spacious, there are even two-storey villas. There are more than 15 pools and 30+ water slides on the territory. There are areas for children, extreme roller coasters for adrenaline junkies, and relaxing options for adults.
