It's just a park for a walk there's a cable car nearby, but 60 yuan for July 2024, I think it's expensive when there's 2 yuan on the ferry

A large promenade for walking. Parallel to the Arbat. In winter, there is an ice rink on the river, a disco, banana riding and tubing. The cable car is nearby.
Don't look for the monument to Stalin - it's not there(((
