A lovely, cozy hotel within walking distance from the city center. I have stayed there many times and have never been disappointed with the quality of service and the comfort of the rooms. The spa complex is also magnificent and is one of the best in Bishkek.

They said that this is the best hotel in Bishkek and therefore decided to stay here. The location is excellent, there are restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything is clean, cozy, beautiful! The breakfast is delicious, and the pancakes are just awesome! The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, we did not reach the spa. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We were on a business trip to Bishkek, stayed for a week. On the plus side, I liked the breakfast and the location. Of the minuses - regularly at 5 a.m. the maids start making noise, vacuuming, laughing - in short, disturbing sleep! We lived on the 3rd floor - the room smelled of sewage, once the ventilation hatch in the bathroom fell out, it's good that it didn't hurt anyone, although my child was in the bathroom at that moment. The room is cold and damp.

I highly recommend this hotel, the hotel is well located. The city center, near an amusement park, a Ferris wheel, opposite a restaurant, several restaurants are also within walking distance. The hotel has everything you need for living and work: the room has sets (dental, cosmetic), slippers, bathrobe, blackboard, iron, kettle, tea, etc. The hotel has a very cozy bar, a restaurant (the food is delicious), a beautiful courtyard with an outdoor gazebo, an indoor swimming pool, many conference rooms of different sizes, hairdressing and massage services. We held an event at the hotel in the largest hall. The staff arranged the furniture according to the scheme, quickly satisfied the desire to slightly correct the arrangement. There was a coffee break as part of the event. Everything is delicious. The hotel accepts MIR cards (from unauthorized banks!). The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They fulfill any whim (adequate). Great fellows!

Good location. But it is quite noisy because of the adjacent constantly busy road.
This is understandable - the central part of the city.
The service is at 4. Plus, there are always some trainings, meetings - the hotel lobby is small - it is always crowded.
The kitchen is not bad. I ate at a local restaurant. The breakfasts are also good.
I didn't like that you can smoke in the bar. Therefore, you will not go there in the evening (who does not smoke).
