In general, the purpose and practical application of this design is not clear. The so-called colonnade, which was "slapped" here, looks at least tasteless, banal laundering of budget funds... And the authorities flew by with the name. Victory Park needs to be named, the names and surnames of our war veterans are carved there... What kind of independence is there? Who are we independent of? On the contrary, we depend on a lot of people, especially our closest neighbors... There is no production of its own for the population at all! We all buy from someone with very questionable quality... Independent!!!!
