Good afternoon, we had a rest at the Malibu Park Hotel from May 14 to May 21, 2025. The room has a sea view and a Ferris wheel. I really liked the hotel, it's new, clean, cozy, the room is comfortable, everything is there. The hotel staff is polite, everyone is friendly, cleaning every day, everything you need from hygiene products is replenished regularly. The restaurant has always had a choice, the food is delicious. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, they keep an eye on everything, they always greet you with a smile. The pool is very warm and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would like to come back sometime again!

We arrived at this hotel on 04/28/2025. The room is fresh and stylish, with a large balcony and panoramic windows. Our room had a view of the Ferris wheel and the sea. Beauty! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied. The tables were always clean. The reception couldn't immediately give out a bathrobe. They were given out only on the third day of stay. There was no cleaning. They asked me to take out the trash on the third day. They took it out. The pool is warm and clean. In general, the hotel is 5 stars, but the impression was spoiled by the work of the reception staff, who shrugged her shoulders and could not solve the problem. A photo of how they brought us a bathrobe and put it on a chair. It felt like it had been taken from another room and not washed. I'm taking the star off because of this.

We stayed at this hotel, one of the advantages: - Cool spacious room, shower,TV, comfortable bed.Everything is fine. - as for the food, the meat is very tasty, the sauce is top notch. -heated swimming pool (both + and -) The advantages are over. - when we checked in, we didn't find any towels from the word at all, there was only one for the feet.The rest of the time, we ran after the maids at the reception, persuading them to give us bathrobes and towels.We only got towels in the evening, but we didn't get dressing gowns for the entire rest period, the staff was excusing themselves, they didn't care about the guest, no one ever apologized for it.All they heard were excuses that it wasn't their fault.There are signs everywhere that you can't go to the pool in swimsuits, you need to wear a bathrobe, WHICH WE WEREN'T GIVEN. - the pool is dirty, I doubt that it is cleaned properly.Only the big trash will be removed, and that's it. - a room with a view of the mountains, as we are told, although in fact the room has a magnificent view of the tree.(photo attached) If we go to Abkhazia again, it's obviously not here.

Good luck to all, a very nice clean Molibu hotel has rooms with sea and mountain views, a street, a road and houses. Meals are served three times a day for slaughter. There is everything on the menu. There is a pool outside. The room has a bathroom, a shower, a double or triple bed plus a cot. The room has air conditioning and the hotel itself is hot. the sea is nearby. You can pay for an umbrella and a chaise longue separately, but as for everything else, escorts canteens pharmacies markets are all at your own expense

We stayed at this hotel from July 22 to 31, two adults and a child of 10 years old. Room with sea view. Nice hotel, convenient location. There is still a lot to work on for complete comfort, but in general its organization is still noticeable. Booked through a tour agent. The tour includes flight by Aeroflot, transfer to the hotel and back. In general, there were only pleasant impressions, despite the disadvantages in the nuances. I was in Abkhazia 7 years ago, a lot has changed, the infrastructure is getting better, but there is less and less national identity. The main products on the market are from Turkey and Stavropol. I wanted to buy another vase made of ceramics by local craftsmen in my collection, but there is absolutely nothing to choose, as before. There was a new safe in the room, as part of the interior, for two days at the beginning of arrival they promised to send a master, but we did not wait for him. The cleaning is very weak, if so, then very soon the hotel will lose its gloss and attractiveness. It is not clear why such large bathrooms were built in the project, the amenities are still minimal. There are no cups for brushes. There is not enough water cooler in the hotel. Three meals a day, buffet. The menu is generally varied, there was no separate one for children, but hardly anyone can stay hungry. The desserts are the same. The infection did not bypass us either, my sister and niece were ill, 4-5 days fell out of a full rest, and, by the way, one day falls out of the proposed tour for everyone. It is convenient that there is a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, you must definitely come there with a hotel bracelet, otherwise they will not let you in. Umbrellas are not allowed to be opened in windy weather, although the sun is bright, in order to save inventory (perhaps they saved on quality). The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, large TV, kettle, dishes - tea pairs, glasses. Beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The linen is pure white, but with a musty smell, poorly dried. Mosquitoes were annoying, they bought a fumigator themselves, not very effective, but it was better with it. There are few outlets in the room. Dear hotel administration, I would like to note that all of the above, with regard to the hotel, without complaints and reproaches, just to make it better. (We are also from Rostov) +beautiful elevator, lobby. - and he is the main one for me, the whole hotel is sick with rotavirus infections (and this is not even in season, in early June) Previously, all the hotel owners attributed it to an infection at sea. But we didn't even swim in it. But being in the dining room, I saw how mugs and glasses are washed not in the dishwasher where high temperatures kill the infection, but manually wiped with a rag under the tap and carried to the distribution. Although the management and the management family eat in this dining room. I also heard a girl on our floor arguing with the maid that she wiped something in the toilet with a rag, and then wiped the table in the room with the same rag. To the girl's indignation, the maid replied-well, I washed the rag with water after the toilet. - Yes, the food can be said to be varied. In any case, you will find something to eat, but there is no problem with baking at all. Drinks, as everywhere in hotels in Abkhazia, are a loaded concentrate of an incomprehensible composition. -Animation is weak from the word at all. At a children's disco, she turns on adult songs for them, the children are not interested, they run away, but she does not try to collect them in a bunch. This is the first time I've seen such an animation. Next, they say that an adult disco has begun, but the adults are all sitting on benches / drinking and silently watching in disbelief as Alexandra dances 😂 - in the future, I understand it is planned to make a lobby bar, but so far there is no one. What to do for an adult in the evening is not clear. - a very small territory, but this cannot be fixed - The child peed on the cot at night, I informed the maid about it, she told me to soak it, and she will pick it up later. Well, in general, I washed it myself with my hands, dried it. During the week, no one took anything away, the bed was also not changed, cleaning was not done. They just threw out the trash, and asked if they needed paper. They honestly offered cleaning, but all the time during the day, when my child was sleeping. -there is no beach of their own, they were sent to a piece of the beach from the grand hotel Abkhazia (this is one owner) In general, the hotel is pleasant, but there are still many issues that need to be resolved. The hotel itself is nothing, the rooms are normal. The staff and attitude are complete. You will be ready if you arrive at night, the reception does not work, you cannot get into the rooms, there is only hot water, and at night there is only a cleaner and a security guard in the hotel who can not help us!!!! Cleaning is a complete lack of it!!!! The food is varied, but not all salted, but you can eat!! One room has a dryer, the other does not, someone has bathrobes, someone does not!!! The pool is only open until 7 pm!!!!! At prices like in Sochi!!! We regretted coming here!!! Sochi is an order of magnitude better!!! The price will come out later, if not cheaper!!! The rest is ruined((((

We had a vacation with a friend in June 2024.I really liked the hotel.The rooms are spacious.The hotel staff is very polite, everyone will tell you if something is unclear.The market is nearby, where you can buy souvenirs home, fruits, clothes.The pool is beautiful, the sea is nearby.Clean, calm.The food was very good, no worse than abroad.I recommend the Malibu Park Hotel to everyone.

It took a very long time to choose a hotel where to stay in Gagra. We chose a hotel with a high rating and good reviews. We travel by car. Family: 2 adults, 3 children. The "features" arose already at the booking stage. Externally and according to reviews, I really liked the hotel. 1. The rules of accommodation stipulate that the accommodation of children under 5 years old without providing a place is free of charge. Excellent: our children are 6,4,2 years old. You can take a large suite and relax with pleasure. But no: the booking department agreed to accommodate us only in the "family connect" option. Since there are already 5 of us and we cannot be accommodated in a suite in any way. Well, anyway, I like the hotel, we book it! Let it be not a suite, but 2 standard rooms. 2. When paying for the accommodation, it turned out that the cost of accommodation was initially incorrectly indicated to us. As a result, the cost was indicated to be ~ 10% higher than originally stated. But we liked the hotel, okay, we'll take it anyway. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful clean room. Everything is as in the photo. Even the "standard" looks very respectable. But the "features" were waiting for us at every step ...) 3. There was an extra room in one room. a bed for the eldest child. They refused to provide this bed with bed linen, since it is not allowed for children without providing a separate place (how is that? Were we forced to book 1 more room for children? why is it not allowed?) After 3 days of communication with the administrators, they gave up, the maids came and made the bed. 4. "Special" scents of bed linen and towels. This is a disaster. As I understand it, the laundry gives out raw linen and it goes out while waiting for its time. Upon arrival, it shocked us. It took a long time to replace the linen and towels. It was changed on the 3rd day... bottom line: I was lucky with towels, and the bed linen has a wild rotten stench. We decided not to be nervous anymore and live "with what we have." They won't solve the problem anyway. The standard response of the administrator is: the laundress gives it out like that, we can't do anything about it. 5. Rastoran. Big. Beautiful. Clean. Delicious food. The variety is not great, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Of the cons: there is no coffee machine. On the 2nd day of the stay, they suffered an acute intestinal infection. The source remains in the realm of guesswork... 6. Swimming pool. Clean and beautiful. Warm. A lifeguard is on duty. When children appear in the pool, they circle around like a kite. He is vigilant. Respect and respect. New deck chairs. New umbrellas. "Special feature": not only the lifeguard is on guard, but also the security guard in the lobby. You can't walk around the hotel in swimming trunks. I don't want to walk around wet. The guard regularly expels those dressed in beach clothes... You have to go to the room wet or sneak past the guards. After all, there is no changing room by the pool!))) 7. There are no screens on the windows. Mosquitoes get stuck in the evening if you leave even a crack of an open window. We bought fumigators in a nearby store, but neither the liquid nor the plates, to our great regret, did not impress the mosquitoes at all. 8. The hotel safe can only be set up by 1 person. It's not always there. It's a little weird. 9. There is a fairly stable Internet connection. 10. Room cleaning is symbolic: sometimes garbage is removed from the trash can. 11. Ventilation in the bathrooms does not work: the fan is noisy, but nothing dries. The sewage system in the showers is also not working properly: a full tray of water is collected very quickly, and very slowly goes away. Unpleasant. 12. There is a piece of shore on the sea. Clean. New sun beds, umbrellas, shower on the beach. Everything is very decent. On the beach, impudent pigeons get a little bored (they try to sit right on a chaise longue on a towel) and sellers of snacks, berries and beer (they didn't sit on a chaise longue with me). On the way to the beach, local gypsies attack, demanding to buy a red thread from them. In general, you can plow comfortably. Expectations were not fully met. Unfortunately, the administrative vacuum in the organization of the hotel spoils the overall impression of the stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, but can't solve the problems. A new hotel, good repair, new stylish furniture , beautiful plumbing, courteous staff, A nice swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. There is parking for cars and Good food. . You can ride the Ferris wheel for free once. There are animators for children. We liked everything and had a great rest.

I do not advise you to rest this year, there is nothing to worry about. The rooms are cleaned once every three days , and then only the garbage will be thrown out and that 's it . They don't change the bed at all, I barely managed to change the towels. The air conditioner is not working, the water turned off without warning. Ceiling lights are flying from the ceiling . The pool is not a pool, but a swamp. All impressions were ruined . Compared to last year, everything is very launched !!!

It's just a fairy tale! The staff is very attentive, responsive, reacts instantly to any comment or wish. Separately, I would like to mention the cuisine (restaurant) buffet is very rich! It is better than in some hotels in Turkey!!! There is a swimming pool! The water temperature is 28-30 degrees. The room has everything. Refrigerator, air conditioning, good hair dryer, kettle, safe, TV, Wi-Fi is not floating! A bunch of tubes of soap, slippers, etc. Of the disadvantages, one was found, and that, so to speak, in quotation marks. One chair in a double room. The overall review is 5+ keep it up!

We had a rest with several families, everything that does NOT concern staying at the hotel is 100% excellent!!! Fortunately, the program was extensive, but it is personal to the country and its attractions! To begin with, it turned out that the playground declared on the website on the territory of the hotel does not even smell (there were four children with us), there are attractions around the corner, for money. WiFi works well, but not stable)), the rooms are comfortable, new and upon check-in!!They're warning you!! FURNITURE CAN'T BE MOVED?!?! otherwise, a fine!! the food, or rather the food, is disgusting (when I was in the hospital with covid, the food was tastier), no, of course, what the cook's hand did NOT touch (I wonder if he knows that there is such a profession) is quite edible (dumplings, vegetables, fruits, dry croissants), but the rest is TERRIBLE, how can you not to be able to fry potatoes?!?!? There is no children's menu as a fact, we had to feed the children on the side, and finish them off with juice and croissants in the hotel canteen. And as I said, there were a lot of us, and the tables were small for 4 with a creak (creak, this is when you drag a heavy wooden table / chair across the tiled floor of the dining room, the sound echoes throughout the 6th floor, and maybe further) well, so we moved the tables for the company, and the staff, in the form of a cheeky curly-haired boy, looked menacingly from under his brows and, according to his dirty habit, was rude to vacationers through his teeth. Another moment, we did not all arrive at once, a married couple with 2 children arrived a little later, having booked a family room through Biblio Globus A MONTH IN ADVANCE!!! So they were told to fuck you, there are only ordinary ones, you want 2)))) on different floors))) The bible guide said figure it out for yourself!!! Okay, we've settled it, the promised number has been dug up somewhere(I think this is a simple price manipulation) Then there was a collapse in the country, where the cable was interrupted and 3 cities (Gagra, Sukhum and some other)they were left without electricity, a generator was connected, but it was only enough for lighting and sockets in the rooms, there are no conduits-bullshit, the dining room feeds something cold and even more disgusting, there is no water not only hot, but also cold (in the toilets too), even in the pool, clean your teeth! In my understanding, the staff should have blown up and bought and distributed 5 liters in the nearest store, but no one even moved their aquiline nose! By the way, the water in the room was only 1.5 liters upon arrival and that's it. In short, friends, COME TO ABKHAZIA!!!! BUT AVOID THE MALIBU PARK HOTEL

From May 21 to May 25, 2024, we rested here. Clean, cozy. Heated swimming pool, Sea 1 line. The cuisine is amazing, delicious at home. There were more meat dishes than salads, which was good. The rest turned out to be great. The rooms are huge, the same bathrooms, all rooms have a balcony.

In general, everything is fine. I would like to draw the attention of the management to cleaning. Everything is superficial. The mucus at the seams in the shower is free of dirt , it is not washed and drained . Drain in the sink and the toilet.I asked the maid to go through bleach and brush, she did everything. Physically they do not have time, 2 people for the whole hotel, it is difficult for them, of course, and the quality of cleaning suffers accordingly. 🚩Change towels more often, not every 4 days. Towels are poorly washed. 🚩 Make overlays on the legs of chairs in the restaurant. Such a creaking is heard even in the rooms. 🚩The hot water in the pool at 30 degrees of heat is not clear to me. For example, I would lie by the pool in the afternoon and cool off in the cool water🙄 Everything is good in terms of nutrition. Of course, it is not abundant, but there is plenty to choose from. We were not hungry. Everything is delicious. The staff at the restaurant is trying, well done. There is animation , but it doesn 't seem to be there , personally , this is a plus for me . There is no noise and commotion. I saw a girl in the lobby, she works with children and comes to the beach. There is a children's play club nearby near the Sokol Hotel (who has children). There is nowhere to store clothes, a closet with hangers only and bedside tables. One section would go to the closet with more shelves. The territory should also be landscaped😀 The windows of our room overlook the mountains, I liked it more than the view of the sea and the unfinished amusement park. Sun beds are free, there are always free ones, you don 't have to run headlong in the morning 🫢 In general, we are satisfied with everything anyway, despite the shortcomings, the main thing is the mood . Have a good rest!!! I will consider this hotel next time as well.

The hotel is nice and new. The room was on the 3rd floor with a sea view. Great view. The pool is large and deep. The sun beds are comfortable. Animation for children. I didn't have enough soap dish and a glass for brushes in the bathroom.

Great location. it is located in novaya Gagra, 5 km from the old one, 200-400 rubles by taxi (as agreed). The market is 5-7 minutes away on foot. Sometimes it was just pasta, sometimes they gave meatballs- over-dried. Their adult will not eat, not like a child. French fries, or boiled, or - it was fried potatoes, for all the time they did not understand which "kind" to attribute it to, and always raw. Fruits and desserts are also a problem. The juices are diluted. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE INTESTINES IN THE HOTEL. Not from the sea, because they traveled in a large company, some did not swim in the sea at all, only in the pool, and they got sick there. We were relatively "lucky" to bring her to Moscow)))). The hotel does not have a beach, i.e. there are no sun loungers at the hotel on the beach either. Beach towels 250p. pcs. they are not changed. And in general, the public beach, the nearest one, is very dirty, there are a lot of people. We went to wild yarns. Types: CONSTRUCTION SITE!!! THERE IS NO PLAYGROUND EITHER. Children's animation (a children's disco does not count) or there is no room either ((((. Rooms are not cleaned, only garbage is collected and paper is delivered. The pastel linen has not been changed for the entire period. We lived in 507 luxury rooms, the furniture is nice, the room is large.

We booked this hotel from 13.08.24 to 22.08.24 through the tour operator Biblio Globus (we paid for the ticket in June), they are practically monopolists in Gagra. Our nightmare has already started with the transfer, we waited 1.40 minutes for the bus until everyone arrived and we all got on the same bus. We arrived at the hotel at zero hours 30 minutes 14.08.24 and we were not checked in, let me remind you, the room was paid from 13.08.24. There are no night administrators, only a security guard who knows nothing. We were not checked in because Biblio Globus did not make a reservation at the hotel (and he received the money back in June ...) Our friends arrived before us on 13.08.24 at 20.00. They have the same problem (they paid for everything at the same time), there is no reservation from the tour operator, they began to call our tour agent, raise everyone's ears. An hour and a half later, they were given a room that did not correspond to their payment, which we also got into, otherwise we would have slept on sofas in the corridor with a guard. I asked the admins if this situation often happens with reservations, they said it often, so think about it in advance. A girl Violetta 7 940 714-28-40 from Biblio Globus is also attached to this hotel, who also did not make contact with my claims. I wrote a claim to Biblio Globus, I wanted her and the hotel to sign it, but in the end they ignored my request. Terrible bed linen and towels in the rooms, there is no laundry, everything is washed dirty gray with a terrible musty smell. The dishes in the dining room are terribly tasteless, everything is the same. Everything is unsalted, there is coarse salt with rice in salt shakers, it is visible in order to absorb moisture. There is an unpleasant smell in the dining room. Then, one by one, all 5 of us get sick with rotovirus. In the evening, the cleaner came, took away the garbage and said that half of the hotel was on pills.
