I checked into a room with no windows, it's OK. They warned me in advance, but as for me, 25,000 is very expensive for such a number. Let's say the same room in Almaty, but with windows, costs 18 thousand. Minuses: The choice for breakfast is not great, if you don't come at 8, everything will be sorted out. There was no milk to drink coffee, I wanted to ask, but there was no one in the dining room, I waited for half an hour and none of the staff showed up. You wait a long time for hot water in the rooms and the pressure is weak. The room is cleaned, but not everything is replaced.

It would seem a good hotel, a good location. But the staff, in my opinion, is not aware of the standards of hotel management. No water, in the rooms, money was taken for the stay of the third person, they did not provide an additional place for a couch. They woke up for breakfast, I think, with us. The restaurant was closed. Well, there are a lot more nuances.

The hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are clean and cozy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We liked the hotel and the service.
