We were at the hotel from July 20 to July 26, 2023. The hotel is decent. We booked ourselves without a tour, there were no problems with check-in. Room 2303 (5th floor with elevator near reception). There was no time to look at the views out the window). But the view was not on the active pool area and that's a plus. Cleanliness in the room, daily change of towels and cleaning. For those who read our review and others on the issue of a "tired" hotel, I want to say look for a not tired one. Any hotel is designed to pay off in a certain time and it cannot be new for several years. The slightly swollen door frames from the bottom are all that indicates the fatigue of the hotel. Air conditioning in the room and in the lobby of the first floor of the hotel in the reception area and further in the relaxation area, where it is very crowded in the evening, everyone is busy with their own business. Some with a computer, some with a phone, some with a pleasant conversation. Despite the fact that we were at the peak of the heat (+41). The hotel and the room were very comfortable. About the food, who has everything included, I will say you will not stay hungry. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner follow each other almost without interruption.
