A good hairdresser. My husband gets his hair cut only there, I visited it myself more than once and was satisfied with the result. The prices are reasonable (men's/women's haircut ~10p). For pensioners, there is a discount on haircuts at certain times (for this you need to present a pension certificate).

They used to cut it well, with high quality, but now you come home and see that the hair is sticking out here and there, or the sideburns are crookedly trimmed. The only good master is Olga (a mature blonde), so she cuts really well. I do not recommend going to the others, as you will want to get a haircut after their haircut. And more than once I have already noticed that used tools are put back into a supposedly clean basket without pre-treatment, which I consider an unacceptable and gross violation of hygiene!
