Everything is good, beautiful, clean, quiet, there are many shops nearby, the only thing I was extremely surprised about was that you have to pay for the ELEVATOR ride!

There is a lot of garbage, stray dogs, it is always dirty in the entrances, ants and cockroaches in the apartment, I am generally silent about parking spaces, electricity is often turned off. Men smoke while sitting on playgrounds or nearby, although there are specially designated places. Prices in stores are inflated by default, pharmacies are always closed if necessary. In general, we are glad that we moved out. I do not recommend it, the prices are unreasonably high.

The residential complex is new, the apartments are very warm in winter. The entrances and the courtyard are well cleaned. The AXES work well. The city center is a 15-minute drive east.
