An incredibly cool hotel.
We came with a friend on March 8th. And it was the best decision in choosing a vacation)
Very cool service - communication, problem solving, attentiveness, care. Good room cleaning. Fast room service. We lived in the presidential suite and there were three of us, it was necessary to make up the sofa in the living room - everything was brought and organized very quickly.
A comfortable room is not enough to say, it is incredibly comfortable and beautiful. And the view is certainly beyond praise. Waking up with a view of the sea and the sound of waves is cool)
Cool spa and pool area. The only thing that didn't work was the aqua park, and it's a pity that something broke down there with the heated pool (for which we were supposed to go)), and it was blocked with a small permit, where the water is warm, and then cold. And for this reason, all the guests were wallowing in the small format of the pool, which did not cause a desire to swim. But I managed to sunbathe.
The breakfast menu is very varied. Since I was on a fast, there was plenty to choose from and it pleased me.
The view from the restaurant to the pool is also very beautiful.
In general, the whole hotel is very modern and aesthetic. Nice staff. Delicious Cuisine.
Very cool territory, by the way. This is a forest for walking and a huge sports area: football, basketball, tennis. There are also bicycles for rent.
We rested there in early October.
Among the advantages: a large warm swimming pool, a large aquarium with beautiful fish in the lobby.
Cons: staff and service.
In the water park one day the water was cold, to the question of why it was so to the staff - I don't know and that's it, no gestures to correct this moment. A pool where children swim).
Saunas and steam rooms did not work every other day (it was already clear that it was pointless to contact the staff), there was also an unpleasant smell of rotten water on the way to the steam rooms.
The kitchen is tasteless! It is impossible to eat borscht (why is borscht on the menu of a Georgian hotel at all?!). In a Georgian restaurant, my husband ordered a kebab - tasteless (well, at least you can try to cook your own kitchen normally)! Khinkali is the same..
We ordered room service. The menu indicates:from 11:30. We call the reception, no, only from 12:00, one girl said from 13:00. That's what I understand customer orientation!
There were glass fragments in front of the elevator, we told the reception, asked them to remove them (children run barefoot). After half an hour, it's not cleaned!they told the cleaner personally, she vacuumed. There were no large fragments, but small ones against the wall, under the table-yes!That's the kind of attitude you don't give a damn about.
Four-seater bicycles do not work.No one knows about it and no one plans to fix them.They lie right at the reception that everything works when you come to the rental office - sorry, no, all four are broken!
There is no beach where you can walk (or rather there is, but it is 2 meters).
Another complex is being built nearby, cars are making noise.
Tennis doesn't work.
The playstation is not working.
The heating battery also does not work in the room.
If you move into the first floor, be ready to enjoy the view of the terrible roof and unwashed windows :)
We had a rest here with a large family of different ages. Great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. Everything would be great if it weren't for two big buts! The kitchen is very lame, there is nothing tasty for children or adults to eat at lunch and dinner on the buffet. Despite the fact that everything is completely cold and no one is watching these. The restaurant is the same: they ordered a lot of dishes in the middle of the table to choose at least something, but all the plates remained almost full.
We urgently need to fix this, a hotel of this level cannot be with a three-star kitchen at the max hotel.
There is also room cleaning: garbage was taken away, towels were changed and that's it; the floor is covered in dust, no one vacuums it, and even more so does not wash it.
I really want the hotel to prosper, so much has been invested in it! You need to change the management.
