Good afternoon, I've been coming again, and honestly, I can't keep quiet anymore.
Every time I take a cappuccino, I'm surprised: the foam on the coffee always has large bubbles, which changes the perception of taste, as the air dilutes the aromatic notes of espresso and milk, making them less pronounced. Visual appeal also suffers: the ideal foam should be smooth and creamy, and excess bubbles create an untidy appearance, which reduces the overall impression of the drink. Finally, such foam is less stable and loses its qualities faster, which leads to settling and reducing the attractiveness of cappuccino a short time after cooking. As a result, the excessive number of bubbles in cappuccino negatively affects its texture, taste, aesthetics and stability, making the drink less satisfying for consumers.
Unfortunately, the problems are not limited to the quality of the drink. The cafe staff also leaves much to be desired: friendliness and attention to customers are clearly not among their priorities. Watching the baristas sitting on their phones when the tables are not cleaned, there is a feeling of disrespect for the visitors. Moreover, when one of the baristas takes his time on the phone, coffee is not brought to the table, which creates additional inconvenience and frustration. As a result, the quality of the drink and the general service make visiting this cafe less pleasant and satisfying.
I would like to believe that the comments will not be ignored, because the location itself is quite good and the coffee shop could become another good institution in our city.
Nice place, friendly staff. Delicious coffee and desserts. It's for breakfast before work. There is a small queue during rush hours. But this is expected, this is the only institution of this type in the area.
