The most stylish and cozy place in the area!
The interior is thought out to the smallest detail - there is even a library, board games and bowls of water for pets☺️ Lots of greenery! It turned out to be straight "instagrammed". It is impossible to pass by a large mirror and not take a picture in it))
I am very glad to open it, I often come here with a guy.
Desserts are a cannon. Considering that I'm indifferent to sweets, I'm just really into it. And for those who like salty things like me, there are quiches with various fillings, salty cheesecakes with red fish, sandwiches, croissants with hearty filling. So now you can have a delicious breakfast, and not just drink tea / coffee with a pie. I am glad that they work from 7:30 on weekdays and close late.

When this coffee shop opened next to the house, we waited and rejoiced - cool interior, pleasant atmosphere.
But the third time I log in, and the third time there are obvious problems with the customer service.
The first time I was asked about decaf, I was indifferently told that decaf is not coffee and that the paragraph is for normal caffeinated drinks, although I did not ask for an evaluation of my order. Not to mention that decaf is coffee.
The second time, we waited about 45 minutes for an order without any warning about it.
On the third day, the girl at the checkout didn't pay attention to me, pretending that there was no one near the counter. Without warning her that she would come up now, she went about her business in silence. Then, without saying hello, she didn't smile, just accepted the order.
I'll probably come back next time in another year, not earlier. Maybe the cafe owners will think about the fact that the staff needs to be trained, and something will change for the better.

The interior of the place is very pleasant, modern, lots of space. Polite staff. There is an application with various coupons and the ability to save points. Delicious coffee, but rather mediocre desserts. As for the main dishes, they leave much to be desired: fish in croissants and sandwiches with bones, cheesecakes are very dry, quiches are simply tasteless.
Due to the fact that the seating is quite comfortable, the place is filled with visitors with laptops who sit there for hours, because of this, most often there are no seats.

A pleasant place where you can sit with a cup of coffee. We come here regularly, the coffee is very decent, always fresh and for every taste, there are no complaints about desserts either. The service is at a good level, they always respond to questions responsively. Very cozy atmosphere with pleasant music. A big plus is that you can come in with animals. 16.11 we came to this coffee shop with a girl and highlighted one plus – the interior.
Ordered:
Raf – 9 p .
Cappuccino – 7 rubles .
Honey cake – 9.5 r
And syrup was added to the raf, I do not remember the cost.
But apparently the syrup cost 10.5 rubles, since they paid 36 rubles, a screenshot is attached.
Besides the fact that we were cheated, the honey cake is stale, and the raf is watery with bitterness.
The coffee shop was almost empty, but the honey cake was carried to us from the rack for 5 minutes, because it was extremely important for the staff to communicate with each other.
In Novaya Borovaya there are alternatives with more affordable prices and where there were no such nuances.

We went to a coffee shop today, ordered a raf and a latte. They brought two cups of coffee, something with a small layer of milk foam. We couldn't even determine where the coffee was, the taste was the same. There should be a thick foam in both, because there should be more milk and cream in volume than coffee. Raf is unsweetened! Although the original recipe should contain vanilla sugar, it should be a uniformly tender sweet mass. But they decided to save money here, which is probably why they added a spoonful of vanilla syrup instead of sugar - all they achieved was the distant smell of vanilla if you sniff hard. And they definitely regretted the cream and milk...What else I really didn't like was the dirt, there was something spilled and trampled on the floor near the table, but the staff absolutely didn't pay attention to it, it's a pity that we paid attention to it already when we made an order, paid off and sat down waiting for the order. One star just for the fact that the girls are polite. I don't recommend it. For the price they charge for a cup of coffee here, you expect much more... And it's all the more disappointing that in the same network, in the Paragraph coffee shop on Kalvaryskaya, I really drank a very tasty, tender and sweet Raf. Either there's something wrong with this particular coffee shop, or the whole chain is far from what it used to be.

I've been here twice and had two opposite experiences.
The first time we came here from the MC was a few months ago. They constantly forgot about us, they were rude. The baristas were standing in their group and giggling (they had no time for visitors), there were a lot of people.
I decided to give a second chance, I went to this coffee shop yesterday. The baristas are super pleasant, polite and caring!
As I understand it, my coffee was prepared by an intern (there was a person next to him who answered questions and helped to do everything right), I was pleased to be his client)
And I am heartily glad that a new team is gathering in the coffee shop!
Everything was delicious, I will definitely come back here)

As a result, 30 minutes of waiting for coffee and I'm still to blame that most likely someone took my coffee, although I was standing at the counter and waiting!
And the meaning of coupons in the application is if they say that the waiting time for a cup of coffee is 25 minutes!!!!! Of course, you will order something else after that! If the service was better and faster, then we could safely call it the most cozy place in novaya Borovaya, but no.

One of the most beloved coffee chains. They serve the perfect cheesecake here - in fact, we come for it. We also discovered a blueberry tartlet - very delicate and light. Coffee has never failed either. The interior is cozy and pleasant. Yes, the choice of desserts and food is not as great as someone expects, but everything is well cooked. One of the minor disadvantages is the long waiting time, but this is a minus if you need to place an order urgently. I definitely recommend you to visit.

I live next door and this is the worst place in the area. A long wait for your turn, although not a lot of people. The menu is only on the wall, you can't see it with poor eyesight. But bare shelves at 11 a.m. is a disgrace. At one o'clock in the afternoon, there are a couple of crumpled croissants, it seems that they are brought from the neighboring Thierry, without much concern for safety and appearance. I passed by a lot of times and walked on, just because empty shelves were visible from the windows and there was no point even going in there. There is no coffee, fortunately, there is Just Kava nearby. It's a very beautiful interior, that's all, and for that I put the only star.

Service - they bring it to someone for a long time and selectively, and someone takes it himself (very cool selection from the outside) and no, there was no hype from the word at all, desserts (sparse and expensive), coffee - well, there is definitely tastier in the area. There is no reason to return (with the presence of other coffee shops within walking distance).
