They were a year ago. The promised canteen and cafe do not work from the word at ALL. Having no competition, the cafe on the beach breaks the prices godlessly. About the paradise itself: the kanders are not taken out, the indoor unit in a 4-bed room Flowed directly onto the bed. In the next house, the door fell off, and then the window. It's real to cook in a summer kitchen, unless of course smelly dishes are the norm for you. The refrigerator and microwave are really scary to open. Well, those who were assigned to answer and clean up this trash were just picking nuts. Yes, this is the only thing for which there are 2 stars and not one. At least I ate hazelnuts

We had a rest from August 17 to 27, 2022. The impressions are amazing. The territory is well-groomed, green, beauty is all around. It's close to the sea. The cabins have everything you need. The hosts are friendly and good. Special thanks to chef Elman, he cooked just extremely tasty. During the rest, he became both a guide and a friend to us. Attitudes towards vacationers are at a height. We tried to get to this place three times (within three years), but it was in the way, then quarantine, then other reasons, and in the third year we still got there, we did not regret for a second that we got to this corner. We definitely want to come back, I recommend it.

- [ ] We had a rest in early August 2022. It's a great place! Green territory! On a hill, it is blown by a fresh wind and has a beautiful view of the sea! Detached houses harmoniously integrated into the space create the feeling of a well-groomed picturesque village. Each house has a small terrace where you can have a great time with morning coffee, enjoying the sea breeze; in the afternoon, the scorching sun is compensated by the breeze; and in the evening, enjoy the moonlight mysteriously illuminating the green lawn.
Someone complained in the reviews about the splits not coping with the heat during the day…
It did not cause any inconvenience to us. At night we turned off the split altogether - it was cool. And in the afternoon you can have a great time on the summer public veranda with tables, a small kitchen, with a beautiful dining room and tea utensils, good refrigerators. At lunchtime, we cooked delicacies, drank cold champagne and sometimes received guests. Everything you need for cooking is available. It is also possible to use a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Amenities in every cabin. Spacious shower with excellent hot and cold water pressure! Of course! Special thanks to the staff! Victor, thank you for responding to my request to find a good place. Thanks for the photo! This is exactly the place I wanted to spend part of my vacation! And these photos reflected the full reality! Lasha, thank you for meeting us and seeing us off. Girls at the cafe By the Sea - thank you for the wonderful coffee! Elman, kebab and cradles were great! You delighted us with your presence, creating the feeling that we were under reliable protection and supervision!
What else? Well, of course, the sea! The coast is magnificent! Much better than in the central part of New Athos! Night swimming is at a high level, thanks to the illumination of the coastal area until dawn! It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. On the way there is a good grocery store with goods for beach holidays and everyday life, a cafe by the sea. The only thing is to cross the highway (carefully), go down the steps a little, and cross the railway track (trains are extremely rare). But it didn't bother us at all. We gladly walked to the central part of the village 1.5-2 km along a green street, returned with backpacks full of fruits, sweets, homemade delicious wine, dipped into the night sea and hurried to admire the moonlight illuminating our house on a green lawn blown by a mountain wind.
It is easy and free to breathe on the territory of this complex!
I recommend the Paradise complex with guest houses for family holidays and romantic travel!

I've stayed more than once, but usually not in season. In summer, as everywhere else in Abkhazia, you need to book in advance.
But it has its own kitchen, dishes, washing machine. A pleasant courtyard and even a fire pit and a barbecue. The beach is 5 minutes, very cozy and small. The houses are beautiful. Some require minor repairs, apparently moisture in winter, and in summer the sun sometimes turns the doors in a spiral. But overall it 's good .

We rested from August 30th to September 11th, 2022. A wonderful place! We were met in Adler, taken to the place and immediately settled in! The territory is very green, clean! We cooked by ourselves in the kitchen there is everything from dishes to appliances! Every evening, the hosts offered to cook shish kebab, fish, vegetables on the grill, everything was very tasty.Thank you for your hospitality and attention!

We had a family vacation in August 2021. What can I say, definitely a great place to relax! The very case when comfort consists of little things ...
A cozy and well-groomed green courtyard, with five comfortable houses with all amenities, creating an atmosphere of isolation. Each house has a small veranda with a table and chairs, where you can sit in privacy with a hot mug of tea.
Air conditioning, mini fridge, clean linen, towels, curtains that make it possible to make full shading, mats in the shower and in front of the houses - little things that create comfort. You won't appreciate it until you lose it, as it turned out later, not all guest houses in Abkhazia give out towels…
A large veranda with a dedicated dining area, with separate tables, freely accommodating everyone.
A few minutes from the houses, the beach is one of the most successful: with areas of pebbles and sand.
Many thanks to the hosts for their kindness and hospitality! We will be happy to visit in another season!

Everything is great, we are happy!!!
We rested in the Paradise cabins in April 2021. Everything is very cool! The hosts Victor and Jeanne are wonderful people, we found a common language very quickly, became friends and enjoyed communicating.
The territory is cool, Parking is right next to the houses, everything is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Excellent summer kitchen with everything you need, barbecue, gazebos, greenery everywhere, close to the sea. Wi-Fi is decent, everything works without interruption.
The houses are cozy, the three of us had enough space behind our eyes. We lived for two weeks, we would have lived for the same amount and even more) As for me, there is only one minus - the noise from the road. But after a day it doesn't bother anymore, you quickly get used to it.
Yes, if you are on foot, it will not be very convenient, because you will have to walk a little along the highway to New Athos, the store is not so good nearby, but there is the most necessary. But this is the most exciting thing - only nature, rest and nothing superfluous. Everything else is solvable. However, the whole of Abkhazia is like this - nothing superfluous, only the most necessary)))
If we are still in Abkhazia, we will stop here, we will not even look for anything else. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a rest at the end of August 2021. A gorgeous place, good-natured hosts, quiet, calm, beautiful, spacious and a lot of other advantages. You just need to come here and see everything with your own eyes. If we come, then only to paradise. A truly heavenly place very close to the sea. We were in October from 12.20. The place is super! Quiet, beautifully clean. The sea is nearby, and so is the cafe. There is a store where you can ask for a delivery if something is missing, but the counters are full. The hosts fully trust the guests , because we saw them only on the third day. Hello to Lasha. Victor explained everything in detail and explained what and where. I have already booked a vacation for next year and it is in paradise! Thank you for a wonderful stay💪😚

We had a rest in June 2021, we liked everything, some advantages. Of the cons, if you find fault with the TV, it didn't work well, it was from WF and in the evening when everyone turned on their gadgets, even with minimal quality, it constantly slowed down and hung up.. As a result, they almost didn't turn it on, although the TV is good and big. Another disadvantage is a very cramped bathroom. But these are small things, we really liked it. I recommend you to visit. The beach is probably the best in the area opposite the hotel.

The place is quiet, near the best beach in New Athos. Beautiful territory, barbecue area, beautiful houses, outwardly everything looks quite decent. But the houses have one drawback, the thickness of the roof is only 2 cm, it gets hot in the sun so that the operation of the air conditioner becomes useless. There is nowhere to hide from the heat.

We had a vacation in July 2019, rented 2 cabins with friends. I really liked it, the nature is magnificent, the sea is nearby and there are few people, especially the attitude of the hosts to the guests. They prompted everything, took them to their cafe "By the sea" - they did not try the best food!!! What a barbecue, what an amazing trout, not to mention suluguni, wine and the rest!!! We will definitely come back again!

It's a cool place! I highly recommend it. A quiet and peaceful place. Grief and the sea are all nearby literally across the street.
The only drawback is WiFi. Very weak. But the manager promised to expand the channel and the number of routers in the season. Very pleasant and sincere hosts. I recommend it for those who like a relaxing holiday away from the crowds of tourists.
