The waiter needs to wave his hand, he won't understand that the bill needs to be brought, and the dishes should be taken away (since everyone ate 10 minutes ago. The manti are excellent, but they forgot to bring the cutting plate.
The kitchen is good!!! But a number of service issues need to be worked out with the waiters.
There is no Wi-Fi, but wet wipes are great)

It was recommended to me by a casual acquaintance on an excursion)) I ordered samsa with beef and pumpkin, a pot of black tea and manti with beef! The receipt is very very nice! The food is delicious! The samsa is warm and crispy! There are no words for manti-juicy , lots of fillings, the dough is thin! I'm absolutely thrilled! Tomorrow is the last day in Astana and I already know where I will have dinner and at the same time I will definitely take a few pies on the road))

The service is good, the staff is hospitable, all the guys are in a good mood, which is also very pleasing.
Why is there a minus star? Initially, I was warned that lagman should wait 35 minutes (😭) - the menu promises to cook it specially in portions. And they brought it in less than 10 minutes and I already managed to eat samsa and now I'm not dying of hunger, but from excess samsa.

The request to replace it with a warm one, or at least reheat it in the microwave, was categorically refused. Either callous or not at all. It took a while to refuse. We bought it in the culinary department at the chebureki restaurant. The seller defiantly laid out all the upper chebureks from the dish, took out a strange-looking chebureks from the very bottom, it looks like yesterday's ones at all, and put them in a bag. When asked why she does this, she said that all chebureks are the same. But she got them for us, for some reason from the bottom. It seemed that Russians were not liked here. And they are emphatically unfriendly to them. Be prepared for this. And since 10% of the service fee is automatically included in the bill and it cannot be waived, you also have to pay for such an attitude. I do not recommend visiting. There are many places in the city where you will be treated more cordially.
