A very nice family restaurant with dishes of national and Chinese cuisine. Everything is very tasty, large portions, there are no alcoholic beverages on the menu, which is nice. The interior is pleasant, light, lots of plants.
Very cozy and comfortable place, polite staff. This place is called a cafe. But he can safely be given the status of a restaurant. Very tasty food, original and beautiful presentation of the dish. The portions are large and the price is affordable. I want to go back there again and again. There is a corner for children, which is also very important.
Their food is varied, the cuisine is Oriental and European. The service is good, the staff welcomes you from the entrance and offers everything you want. The atmosphere for families with children is mainly there is a small children's playroom.
Astana is represented by a variety of national cuisines. Uzbek Korean cuisine of the people. One of the most popular representatives of Oriental cuisine is a cafe. Paradis. A wonderful hall, a varied menu of delicious cooking, a polite person. They have been in the food market for a long time, they have a lot of experience, so everything is professional
Delicious, satisfying, affordable. There are always a lot of people, but the places are located. I like serving tea with jams, a delicious flatbread of my own production.
The restaurant is beautiful, the interior is pretentious, the dishes are very very tasty, the price tag is accordingly the same. But there is a huge disadvantage in the service. She asked for water, brought a 0.5 liter bottle, threw it on the table, it was possible to drink only from the bottle, the glass was not served. Only after the request was brought. The waitresses serve with a displeased face, which is quite unpleasant. Another disadvantage is that the restaurant does not have Wi-Fi at all. I stayed in a nearby hotel for a week, I was going to eat there, but I went once, I didn't feel like it anymore.
The best place, probably for all the time of my travels) And I've been to a lot of places, but it's just lovely here! The cuisines are varied) everything is delicious! Not expensive! Beautiful serve!
We always go there, there are very tasty lagmans, salads, especially salads with curry, etc.Tea is also served with a small candle, which stands under the kettle. So aesthetically pleasing! There are various jams, preserves, honey, etc. for tea.I recommend it!
It's a great place, clean, beautiful, very tasty food and reasonable prices. As soon as I visit Astana again, I will definitely visit this institution.
Nice place!! And I'll definitely be back! I read some negative reviews and was surprised, because almost all the waiters greeted me) they smiled, warned me in advance about the cooking time and I waited for a reason! Manti are very, very tasty!!! The choice of dishes is huge, karak tea is delicious!!! I advise everyone to visit!! Tested by personal experience. In general, when you smile, then they smile at you.
During my stay in Astana, I visited the cafe several times. I would like to note the customer-oriented staff, good knowledge of the Russian language, cleanliness in the hall and in the "amenities".The cuisine, the serving of dishes is great! Everything is so delicious, and the size of the portions! (What I couldn't finish, they put it neatly in a container) It feels like there are interested people working here. Thank you very much!I definitely recommend visiting this delicious and pleasant place!
A varied menu, a lot of national dishes, a large list of drinks (teas, lemonades, compotes, there are freshly squeezed juices). Fast and friendly service. Careful, large portions🤗
A very cozy and atmospheric place, definitely recommend it.
A huge menu. But the samsa was brought lukewarm.(but the heating is delicious in the hotel). The waiter needs to wave his hand, he won't understand that the bill needs to be brought, and the dishes should be taken away (since everyone ate 10 minutes ago. The manti are excellent, but they forgot to bring the cutting plate.
The kitchen is good!!! But a number of service issues need to be worked out with the waiters.
There is no Wi-Fi, but wet wipes are great)
Once again, the Kitchen cooks deliciously!
Today, for the second time, I meaningfully went to have dinner at the Paradise cafe! It was recommended to me by a casual acquaintance on an excursion)) I ordered samsa with beef and pumpkin, a pot of black tea and manti with beef! The receipt is very very nice! The food is delicious! The samsa is warm and crispy! There are no words for manti-juicy , lots of fillings, the dough is thin! I'm absolutely thrilled! Tomorrow is the last day in Astana and I already know where I will have dinner and at the same time I will definitely take a few pies on the road))
A good place with delicious mantas, and pleasant prices. Manta rays are molded fresh to order, wait about 30 minutes. Lagman is always delicious, hearty, large portions. The place itself is spacious and there are many tables.
A great place with a varied meat menu, but there are also meat-free dishes. The main feature of the restaurant is lagman, there are several variations of it on the menu.
The drinks are only non-alcoholic, but I think I saw someone with beer (but this is not accurate).
The portions are quite large, but again this information is not on the menu.
The service is good, the staff is hospitable, all the guys are in a good mood, which is also very pleasing.
Why is there a minus star? Initially, I was warned that lagman should wait 35 minutes (😭) - the menu promises to cook it specially in portions. And they brought it in less than 10 minutes and I already managed to eat samsa and now I'm not dying of hunger, but from excess samsa.
The interior is interesting, there are a lot of living plants, very beautiful windows, but for some reason there is a sense of a dining room😬
This is not the first time we have visited, it is very tasty and beautiful, but we began to notice the heaviness and indigestion, as if our family adds a lot of flavor enhancer
A nice, peaceful place for family and friendly gatherings. There is no alcohol. There is a children's room, so for those who do not like noise, it is better to sit further away, the hall is large. The cuisine is delicious, especially the liver kebab and salads with herbs. The interior is seasoned and pleasant. There are quite a lot of tables, but there are also enough waiters, so you don't have to wait long.Overall a good place.I recommend.
I went to eat beshbarmak!!! A portion for two!!! I really liked it, it was delicious, the portion was large, the broth was brought, sour milk. I took the rest with me!!!) I'm happy.
High traffic, the institution is in demand among the locals. Large portions and very tasty! For a family of 3 people, do not take it at once - both the first, and three times, and the third... Do not eat, take one, maximum two dishes (hot) to try everything. Very clean everywhere. But, with the hall filled by 70-80%, it takes a very long time to wait for the waiters, be prepared for this! The only downside is sometimes you can't wait for the change, so when I wanted to leave a tip, more than the change, I had to leave the change, which I never got! I recommend it to everyone, especially visitors. The average check for one is 1-1.5 thousand rubles, but this is the first, second and third!
Excellent cuisine. A varied menu. Perhaps one of the best places in Astana where there is delicious lagman and Uighur cuisine in general.
The place is popular, so it can sometimes be difficult to find free seats. The establishment does not sell or consume alcoholic beverages. The staff knows their job, all the roles are distributed. In general, a very pleasant impression after visiting.
I liked the place, come for a snack, in a pleasant atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere - very even) diverse cuisine, you get tired of flipping through the menu)
They cook quickly, quite and tasty) alcohol is not sold at all - keep in mind)
If you want national cuisine, you are definitely not here)
If I had 100 points, I would have put it. Both the food and the service are at a high level. From entering through the door until exiting again, it provides a very good service. I recommend it!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
The food is super, delicious) not expensive! It's clear! But there are always a lot of people waiting for a very long time, it's very difficult with the waiters, it's just a disaster, they were 3 times in 3 days, they confuse orders, you won't answer, they walk, they dream, they can't advise, they are not attentive... But the food is above praise.
The first day in Astana and of course visited a cozy cafe near the hotel. The choice of national cuisine is large, the portions are large and the mantas are excellent, I have not tried anything like salad and tea, very, very. They are served by young boys and girls , friendly and everything is at a very good level.Just a big thank you.The price is about the same as in St. Petersburg.
This is one of the best cafes in the area of the American Embassy in Astana. You can have a delicious meal for 6000-7000 tenge (price in May 2024). The place is crowded, which means it is popular. Very pleasant atmosphere, interior, waiters, service. I've never drunk such delicious tea in my life))
We really liked everything! Many thanks to the staff of the hall for their hospitality, many thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious food! Dinara, Akbota, guys, Rahmet!!!!
Considering that this culture of cafes and restaurants is generally difficult, it is quite an institution with normal food and reasonable prices. You can find food for every taste. And don't faint from the bill
They cook very well. It was the first time in Kazakhstan for a week. I mostly dined at this cafe. I tried all the dishes, but beshbarmak did not have time - it was already over by my arrival. I'm going to go again
Poor service, tea and jam were brought without cups or spoons, they asked for it and waited a long time. They brought the glasses, which were wiped with a smelly cloth in front of us, and the glasses had to be returned because they had an unpleasant smell.
Tasty, clean, there is Wi-Fi, relatively inexpensive. I tried a lot of different food, mostly local cuisine. I will note beshbarmak, shish kebab in the form of lamb rolls, solyanka. It is very tasty and satisfying.
Wow, that's a different story. We really like it. CONVENIENT SERVICE.THEY COOK VERY WELL THERE.AND NOT EXPENSIVE.EVERY MONTH WE GO THERE AND DON'T GET JELLY. DIFFERENT MENUS.IT IS QUIET AND VERY SPACIOUS.HALAL IS IMPORTANT!!!.AND THE STAFF ARE POLITE.WHEN YOU LEAVE, THEY STAND AT THE DOOR AND CLAP TO EVERYONE AND SAY VERY GOOD WORDS.EVERYONE SAYS GOODBYE.. I AM VERY PLEASED. THE BEST RESTAURANT.
We came with a friend and children to eat, sit quietly. Children can eat and play in the game room. We made an order, the waiter girl misunderstood us and brought the order. And they made such a scandal , and also insulted , on the basis of what ???? We understand everything, but we won't come here anymore. And all our friends won't come. We will leave feedback everywhere absolutely. And we'll put it in all the public places. The mood is spoiled, the children are hungry. Thank you for your attitude and care to the client!!! We will also sue for such an attitude.....consumer law and moral damage. Administrator Baurzhan is a separate kind of rudeness, thanks again for the spoiled mood!!!!
Only the dishes on average for four and a pleasant interior were pulled out for three. Manta rays for four, a cradle for three. But the service is just disgusting. A solid two. The treatment is extremely unhappy. The pitch is very slow. The dishes were waited for 40 minutes, the receipt was served for 20 minutes. A cold, stale flatbread was served. The request to replace it with a warm one, or at least reheat it in the microwave, was categorically refused. Either callous or not at all. It took a while to refuse. We bought it in the culinary department at the chebureki restaurant. The seller defiantly laid out all the upper chebureks from the dish, took out a strange-looking chebureks from the very bottom, it looks like yesterday's ones at all, and put them in a bag. When asked why she does this, she said that all chebureks are the same. But she got them for us, for some reason from the bottom. It seemed that Russians were not liked here. And they are emphatically unfriendly to them. Be prepared for this. And since 10% of the service fee is automatically included in the bill and it cannot be waived, you also have to pay for such an attitude. I do not recommend visiting. There are many places in the city where you will be treated more cordially.
A very tasty restaurant. It is bright and beautiful inside, there is a separate place for children where they can have fun while the order is being prepared.
Delicious. The price tag is average, confident.
We didn't really understand the staff. They take everything away, they don't ask if we need the menu or not. Whether forks are needed. Can I take away...
no interest. They accept the order as if it is very difficult... I also used to work in the service sector + catering. They used control phrases and some kind of hospitality.
It looks expensive and rich. And the attitude is like in a canteen
Very tasty cuisine, good interior of the establishment, attentive staff.I was very pleased with the concept on the secondary floor, for children-what is really needed. It is necessary to make an entrance from the inside.
Super establishment. Excellent cuisine, responsive staff. There is a room for children. Replays with golden hands, administrators and assistants are super. Thank you. I recommend everyone to try the kitchen.
Food 7/10 – nothing special, gozai tastes like chicken doshirak seasoning. But the situation is corrected by the fact that honey and jam are served with tea. I took Catherine's tea, I advise you to take it.
Staff 7/10 There is nowhere to put dishes on the table (but I will make a discount on the fact that it is Sunday evening), and it is not taken out very quickly
