We always agreed on the cost of spare parts and repairs. But at the last scheduled meeting, the customer service specialist Buldyk A.N. agreed with me on the cost of replacing the clutch drive cylinder and informed me that the key battery had been replaced. To my surprise, it took 30 minutes to replace the key's battery and cost 36 rubles. It turns out that for this it was necessary to diagnose the cause, so such a cost and time. Just using a key to open a car is probably a very difficult procedure. In addition, they only counted 30 minutes of work for me for reading parking sensors error codes, not a whole hour. And the procedure took 7 minutes to print out. That's the honest work of the service.

A specific salon, the manager seemed very closed. The impression was that they could only sell a new car, and then only change the oil and filters in it.
They could not read the 2019 car correctly, they sent it to a third-party organization. As a result, the diagnosis cost much more, but without result. I do not recommend it, only contact them last, despite the fact that they are official.
