I recently visited this auto parts store and was absolutely delighted! From the very entrance, I was greeted by a friendly team of staff who were ready to help with any questions. The range of spare parts is simply impressive — from rare parts to popular ones, there is everything you need for car repair and maintenance.
I would especially like to mention the high quality of service. The consultants are not only professionally versed in their products, but also sincerely interested in helping the client choose exactly what he needs. They offered several options, explained the advantages of each, and even suggested how to install the spare part correctly.
The prices in the store were also pleasantly surprised — they are quite competitive and even lower than in other places. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about the availability of promotions and discounts on some products.

I recently discovered this online store and was pleasantly surprised! There are many unusual and rare brands that you won't find in regular stores. I was especially pleased with the availability of NANOPROTECH products, we practically don't have them anywhere, but I don't want to take them here. The assortment is cool, I recommend it. An excellent choice for those who are looking for something non-standard and high-quality. I was also pleasantly surprised by the staff, Pavel has a lot of respect!!!

I came across an independent search for auto parts, and it turned out that this is equivalent to a chef in the kitchen : everything must be strictly according to the recipe ! But your managers are real "Pastry Chefs" who really know what should be and how it should be!) I buy spare parts from you and it always feels like I've met an old friend.. Fast, fun, and most importantly, everything fits perfectly. ☺️
As for the delivery: it was so fast, like a courier from the "future", I didn't even have time to miss my broken car. 😅

As a very anxious person, when I have to choose something, I take it very responsibly, I made an order in this store and I really liked it. I requested all the certificates for the car service, they were happy to provide everything and answered all my questions, although in other stores I notice that they answer me with gnashing of teeth, but here they are very friendly) That's why I recommend it to everyone, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I was on my way to get an order from Fanipol, because it was only here that I found something that suited me, but I forgot to order the oil, how cool it is that this online store has basic products available and I was lucky that it was my oil that was available!!!
BUT what else I wanted to point out, they told me that they have a delivery by European Post and I won't have to travel so far, I'm very glad, I'll order!)

Очень хороший автомаг.
Обслуживание и подход к клиентам на высоте.
Реально такое качество знаю только ещё в одном автомаге Минска.
Широкий выбор деталей и их аналогов.
Просьбы по обмену, времени «примерки» детали, т.к. иногда аналоговые реплики не подходят, исполняются. Всегда пытаются войти в ситуацию клиента.
Благодарю и коммерческого успеха магазину.

I ordered brake discs and pads - delivery in 2a days (order 6881), I've been waiting for more than a week, I called myself at 15:40 hours, a week later (October 13th), they drop a call on both phones, I was able to get through in the evening - they said they would clarify about the order and call back, they never called back. I ordered on the 9th and there is not even a call on the 17th. I think the office is already everything...

Хороший сайт, отличные сотрудники. Доставку осуществляют в срок, информируют по смс. Работают каждый день, заказать возможно любую деталь и жидкость. Удобно пользоваться сайтом в том плане что забиваешь марку авто+VIN и тебе предлогаеться только оригиналы и хорошие аналоги. Заказ кстати можно сделать прямо на пункте выдачи.

Забирал пару раз товар на выдаче у них. В принципе работают быстро, на точке выдачи можно по мелочи еще что-то прикупить, масло , антифриз, но не более. Все заказное.
Хотелось бы чтоб росла компания и точки выдачи открывались еще.

Удобно выбрать, заказать. Перезвонят и помогут перепроверить заказ. Выдача 7 дней в неделю это очень важно и максимально удобно. Очень качественно работают.

Была небольшая задержка в доставке, но в целом это не вина магазина, исправились все доставили по хорошей цене. Ребята в пункте выдачи приятные, все показали, хорошо упаковали товар.

сделал Заказ № 034-5132981 в ср27,10 в обед, звонили в 14, перезвонил сразу , никто не ответил, зашел в кабинет, указано что заказ создан(я так понял что все значит в порядке), приедет все на 29 в 19, потом звонит менеджер в 8 вечера и говорит что мой заказ привезут в суботу вечером или воскресенье, тип я не ответил сразу, а то что перезвонил и мне не ответили это у них большой поток клиентов он сказал, в итоге я теперь нигде не успею заказать к таким срокам,
отменил заказ как услышал что я буду пытаться в другой фирме заказать, у них позиции не возвратные типо, и что мне делать?
считаю такое отношение к клиентам отвратительное!!!!

Нечестный персонал, грубят, очень редко поднимают телефон. Звонить даже можно не пытаться. Сайт не адаптирован. Цены стали заоблачными, цена не соответствует качеству. Так же, вечные проблемы с возвратом товара.

Ждал, когда экзист начнёт работать. Очень удобно: подобрал запчасти, приехал, получил. Всё в один день!
Огромное количество производителей, выбор от самых дешёвых до самых дорогих, гарантия,чек.

Заказывал на сайте масло Шелл. Заказ приняли, позвонили и подтвердили наличие. А через 2 дня отменили заказ не объяснив ничего, тем самым сорвали запись на СТО. Поддержка по телефону вообще некомпетентная: ничего не знают и помочь ничем не могут. Никому не рекомендую.

Больше связываться не стану. Сделал заказ,перезвонили, и..... тишина. Пока сам не обратился,молчали как партизаны . В результате доставка просрочена почти на двое суток, и даже извинений не услышал. На кой ляд такой сервис
