Great hotel! The green, beautiful territory is not very large, but there is a place to walk. High-quality varied meals for both adults and children. For kids, in general, paradise. I really liked the playground. Heated children's pool with different slides. There are also good slides with a heated pool for older children and adults, plus a fairly spacious separate heated pool. You won't find this in every hotel, and we traveled a lot at different times of the year. Special thanks to the children's football coach. The grandson is happy! There are a lot of bars, places where you can have a snack of anything. There is everything! We carefully moved into a separate house (we always preferred the main building), liked the room!!!
Wishes: more hooks in the bathroom, and also be sure to cover the slides. Children are constantly falling on the cement floor. It's very slippery!

A great family hotel. We have been going there for the 2nd year in a row (daughter is 2 years old and son is 10 years old). A large green area where you can leisurely stroll with a stroller, sipping a pre-taken cocktail. There are also many activities for the teenager. He usually left in the morning and met in the evening. The animation is on top, but in 24 it is simpler than the year before. There is plenty of food for different tastes, but perhaps someone does not have enough for a fastidious taste.
I will also note the night cafe bar. If you haven't had enough to eat during the day, then a place in the cafe is definitely waiting for you. We used to come for evening tea.
The rooms in the main building are quite spacious, we had enough for 4 people.
Probably the only negative, independent of the hotel, is the outgoing beach area - it strongly erodes the shore. According to rumors, the owners of the hotel want to provide something to protect the coastal zone.
I would recommend it for the family, but of course the option is not very budget-friendly, but it's worth it

Great hotel, I recommend it!!! I was with my wife and two children in early October 2024. A spacious, cozy room. Cleaning and linen change every day. Excellent cuisine, friendly, Russian-speaking staff, sincerely ready to help!!! The drinks in the bar are of high quality, in the lobby bar so in general, Courvoisier cognac, tequila, gin, and rum of foreign production. Good local wines, coffee at the lobby bar and by the pool is great. Interesting shows in the evenings. I especially want to mention the work of the animation team at the children's club!!! The girls are all attentive to the kids, regardless of whether they are foreigners or Russians. They are groovy, funny, positive all the time, they carry you away! It is clear that the management of the hotel is responsible and professional in everything. The beach is a little narrow compared to the neighboring ones, but the sand is sifted from the pebbles, clean, well-groomed. There are enough sun beds. I really liked it, great slides, pools, lots of activities. A great kids' club with a PlayStation room, I think there were 5 consoles, daily contests, the kids liked it. Our family's favorite hotel. There is a very pleasant atmosphere here , it doesn 't bother you , but only encourages you to relax . We also stayed in the superior rooms in the central building, they are larger and have 4 full beds, and in the bungalows, the bungalows are smaller, but we liked them even more because they are surrounded by greenery, trees, and it is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and walk around the territory. We lived in a bungalow 10 building (a gorgeous place with a cozy green courtyard and turtles), a nice room after renovation, when we checked in we were waiting for a gift - a beach bag, which was very useful to us). The main restaurant is large, there is a lot of food for every taste, there is a children's restaurant nearby. In general, everything in the hotel is for children, I liked the kids' club very much, my daughter of 10 years ran away there in the morning and returned to the room only for the night: a variety of games, ps, evening programs, aquagrimm, they took away 15 diplomas, 3 T-shirts and 2 backpacks (gifts for contests))). Throughout the day, you can have a snack on site, pastry shop, coffee, pizza, hamburgers, pasta, ice cream, almost no one went to the restaurant for lunch. Special thanks for the evening shows: Todes, Vandeland, Moscow Children's Circus, Pirate shows were great.
Cocktails were more liked in the lobby bar, especially Bodrum and bas boycott. As well as any alcohol, including imported, there are many bars on the territory of the hotel. Of the cons :
One big Minus!!! Please note the year the hotel was built, 1995. It is certainly visible . We love when everything is new and modern. In our naivety, we did not double-check the information and trusted the tour operator. Don't do that, double-check everything.
But it didn't spoil our vacation!
Of the advantages :
1) decent nutrition . The food is really high quality. For every taste.
There is a burger bar on the beach, very tasty .

The overall impression and rating is 3 (solid).
Food (5!), daytime animation in the form of games - 5!, good guys animators.
The room cleaning is poor. Just a made-up bed and that's it. Hygiene products and toilet paper were not replenished - every time I had to ask (for 10 days).
The bar was not replenished (they asked for it a couple of times, then they scored it), neither with water nor with beer.
The service staff is Kazakh. You constantly need to ask for everything (it was annoying).
The room (bungalow #20) was killed, blood stains on the chairs, stained carpet and banquettes.
They asked to change it, they refused. Although the hotel is empty, it was open for the last few days before closing.
Upon arrival home, I discovered the theft of $ 100 from my bag (one day I forgot to put it in the safe).

A good hotel for your money with disadvantages, which are compensated by clean, fresh rooms, almost normal cleaning and adequate waiters. Of all the hotels in the Papillon chain, this one is the highest quality.

The territory is conveniently planned: it's close to everything.
A children's disco is on stage every day, but special children's shows (magician, clown, party, etc.) run in parallel with adults late at night on the football field. You have to choose where to go.
The animation is weak, for show. Especially compared to the incendiary and unobtrusive Papillon Aysha.
The kids' club is also sluggish. It is always open, but the child can be left alone there at an inconvenient and illogical time. All the games are just in the morning, while swimming. And as if nothing interesting is happening there, especially for the elders.
The shows are the same on the network, they have been traveling in circles for more than one year, we have already seen some of them. Overall, almost all shows are decent. Todes are coming.

The food is decent, tasty, varied and high-quality, but without wow abundance.
A la carte restaurants are located in stupid places, for example, a beach burger joint turns into a fish restaurant in the evening, and there is a screen in the lobby waiting for a transfer, and behind it there is like another a la carte restaurant and there are elegant people. Such a thing.
The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone with children 3-10 years old, crowds of children, noise. But there is always an empty 18+ pool.
Most of the guests are Russian. You can also speak Russian with 90% of the staff.
We lived in the main building, with windows on the driveway where the buses unload. It was recommended to us as the quietest place, now we recommend it to you.
The room is comfortable, the closets are spacious.
In general, for your money, a good hotel without frills. The main thing is clean and not very tired yet.
