Today, by the will of fate, we ended up in this institution. The first impression was that the surroundings were not bad, the music was quite pleasant, and in general, nothing foreshadowed trouble. We ordered a quiche, it turned out to be passable, when asked what was included in the antistress tea, the guy did not know what to answer, because he did not know the composition, but we must pay tribute to him, he behaved well, did not show it, tried to keep the brand. As a result, we ordered it. Tea was served in a dirty teapot, for some reason the tea itself fell asleep in a paper bag, although the teapot with a strainer spoiled the taste of an already not very good drink. The tea was served in small, not tea cups at all, but in general it is impossible to understand what kind of mugs, with chips on the rim, there are simply no words!!!
All the time we were there, and we were sitting in front of the counter, the guy who served us, the girl, maybe the barista and ... either the owner or the manager, were talking loudly and discussing their issues, which is basically unacceptable in such establishments!!! this is disrespectful, at least to your customers!!!! To my comment about the mugs, SHE (the owner or the manager) IS GONE!!! I hid and ran away, leaving the guys to defend themselves alone, although what a defense, I just brought them mugs and noted with regret that it was not the case to work like that. The guy tried to express his regret, but, alas, without much enthusiasm.
I don't like to write such reviews, I try to praise more often. But here, honestly, it's just strange that this place even works. In today's fierce competition, I do not know what the future holds for this institution.
I hope that the owners will replace the broken dishes with whole ones, clean the room, clean the dirty upholstery of the sofas, and most importantly, teach the staff the standards of service and tell them about the composition of their dishes and drinks.
I wouldn't waste my time visiting PAPAYA, but would just walk past it!!! We have so many beautiful places besides this....

Delicious coffee with decent creamy foam, pleasant atmosphere and good music. To meet with friends, and just sit and relax with coffee and a book is fine. I recommend it!

The staff was very nice, but there were flies in the coffee shop and the coffee was not up to par: starting from warmth, ending with bitterness and latte art. Maybe it's just that I'm a little unlucky. Everything else is fine)
