We've been to this restaurant twice. The first time we ate khachapuri in the Karelian style, it was very tasty, I liked it. We came a second time, ordered kebabs and khachapuri in Emeritin style. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied, because the chasheshuli was a little thin, although it was thick in the photo on the menu, and the khachapuri was dry and the cheese was obviously regretted. The service depends on the waiter, the first time he was a very polite and efficient guy, spoke English, left a pleasant impression, and the second time he was sullen, although he spoke Russian. In general, I would like to recommend that the owners of the establishment improve the quality of food and service, because the place is great, with a view of the pretty houses, cozy, but if they want customers to return, it is necessary to clearly change the hike.
Visiting this institution is the worst thing that happened to us in Georgia. It looks like a very atmospheric, cozy place. That's why I wanted to have dinner there, despite the fact that I was alarmed by the complete absence of visitors on Friday evening. We ordered pork kebab, cucumber and tomato salad with nuts, eggplant with nuts and red semi-sweet wine. When asked what kind of wine it was, the waitress answered Kindzmarauli without confidence in her voice. As a result, we received a liter of some kind of compote that has little relation to wine. It was okay to eat the salad, although it tasted better in other places. Eggplant is also passable. The "shish kebab" killed the most. It was five pieces of pork fried in a pan. They are tough and stringy, unpalatingly pickled. With raw onions. A 10% tip is included in the bill without warning. They refused to pay them because they were very dissatisfied with the quality of the food and wine. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT
Cozy, nice view if you sit outside. The food is delicious. But the portions are VERY SMALL! And in a Greek salad, olives are pitted, but they should be pitted))) In general, I can have a snack, but I wouldn't come back anymore. The prices are average (even slightly higher), for such an amount you can find an institution with large portions. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and everyone speaks Russian
.
The worst place we've been to since visiting Georgia.
It's a very beautiful view. Therefore, we decided to have a snack here without looking at the reviews in advance, for which we paid.
The meat was brought in a saucer-sized pan and it was tough.
A 15% tip is immediately added to the receipt, despite the fact that it is prohibited!
Oh, what a courteous waiter! As he flitted between the tables, he managed everything alone, and to meet and accommodate guests, take orders, serve, calculate, it feels like he was waiting only for you! Well, the kitchen is wonderful, the interior is wonderful!
The khinkali had no broth at all, and for some reason the kharcho soup was made from pork rather than beef. We walked by and the place seemed atmospheric, but the food was absolutely tasteless.
He does not deserve a 1-star rating. After all, it is difficult to find non-edible tasteless food in Tbilisi. Of the three dishes, I did not like only the Chekletma (chicken soup), the rest is quite. Well, yes, the portions are not outstanding, the waiter does not know how to speak Russian (but he quickly found someone who can). It's just not clear why they charge a 10% fee here (there was no mention of it on the sign, but it might have been on the menu, but they didn't notice). In general, if it is geographically convenient, do not be afraid. Well, if you are gourmets, then in another place
Nice restaurant with local cuisine
Where is it delicious
The only, long-term service
The plates were not cleaned for a long time, but in general there are problems with service in Tbilisi, which is quite normal
Don't listen to negative reviews!
A wonderful place!
The food was cooked quickly!
Everything you ordered is bold, delicious!
A very pleasant waitress, who speaks excellent Russian.
Everything is terrible. To begin with, the door was closed during business hours. When they started accepting the order, it immediately became clear that it was not worth waiting for good, I had never met a worse attitude towards visitors, but I hoped for the best until the last, after all, Georgian food is a treasure of Georgian culture and cooking khinkali and khachapuri is so bad for Georgians it should be as much a shame as for Armenians cooking hash, at least that's what I thought.
As a result, khinkali at the level of supermarket ice cream (frankly, I think they were from the supermarket) tastes like dumplings bought in the supermarket. I really don't understand how you can cook your food worse than Uzbeks and Russians do in Russia or Armenians in Armenia.
Khachapuri in Adjarian was dry, there was no cheese in the walls, there was little cheese, and there was a lot of dough. Well, you get it, it's like a supermarket again.
The chashushuli was average, but it is necessary to try to seriously spoil the chashushuli.
Dry white wine is also a cheap supermarket, for the price of 7 GEL, many establishments offer good homemade wines.
And I want to note that while we were waiting for the order, the sounds of the microwave were heard, they didn't even close the kitchen door or didn't drown out its work with music (which wasn't there), they don't care at all.
It's a pity that we didn't read the reviews about this place earlier, like other people.
It is a pity that there are people who denigrate their beautiful and hospitable culture so much. Don't waste time, money and nerves on such places and always check the reviews!
Everything that was ordered was terrible. Khinkali is dry, without juice, the dough is thick. The barbecue was obviously not cooked on coals. They even managed to ruin the Greek salad. I don't recommend it.
I subscribe to all the comments below, we were here 5 years ago, since then the feeling has become even worse, we went in without reading the reviews, just because we saw a familiar place, it would be better to pass by(
When they wanted to enter the room, it was closed. The staff was frankly upset when they saw the visitors, they were unfriendly. The kitchen is very mediocre, especially considering the price. Going a little further across the bridge, you will find 10 good establishments.
The waitress almost snatched the plate away from you the moment you finish eating the dish. Definitely not recommended
The place you don't want to go back to is a mediocre kitchen. The eye catches only the interior, that's all. Khinkali practically without broth, dry. It's a pity that we didn't look at the reviews, as we usually do, we would definitely have passed by. The ratio of goodies and prices is no(
It is from such establishments that you may have a negative impression of Georgia. A "passerby" accidentally dragged us there, says they cook well, and so on, we safely fell for this tune. They waited for an hour until the cooks on the courts would pick up the fish at the entrance, the price tag was unusually high for such a diner, the food was disgusting, the khinkali from the store were all boiled, they did not eat. The institution is just the bottom, after a visit, it was not weakly dragged. Go around
Everything is as in previous reviews, avoid it, khinkali from the freezer, the kind of dough like cooked dumplings, salad a small portion costs 15 lari
And they also include 10%
It is expensive (the price is 2 times too high in relation to quality) and so-so tasty. The soup was not bad. The wine sucks. Shish kebab too. The waitress is extremely unfriendly.
It totally sucks. The portions are small. Prices are a horse. We ordered a couple of dishes and wine. We paid GEL 130, which is 3,500 rubles at the exchange rate of the ruble. We stayed hungry.
Expensive and not tasty. We ordered veal ribs in adjika for 25 lari - we brought 2 bones with rubber and stringy meat. The answer to the objections was "everyone likes it." The angry and hungry ones left.

Everything is very tasty, but you can only pay in cash. This is a minus. Is it too expensive? Maybe, but it's normal for a tourist area. The food is not too salty, everything is fine. Kharcho soup 10/10.
Small portions, tasteless, salty. Wine smells like vinegar, although they prove to you that you just don't understand wine. They gave above the average check in the city, left angry, hungry, unsatisfied
