We visited this branch yesterday. The employee at the checkout started a dialogue in Uzbek. I spoke in Russian and explained several times that I did not understand Uzbek, but he continued to respond only in it. There was no attempt to switch to Russian, no desire to help in any way. In the end, we just left. I understand that Uzbek is the official language, but still I would like a little more customer orientation and respect for visitors who do not speak it.
