I placed an order through the website on 09.04(19:38) at the Institute of Culture. It's not the first time I've ordered at this place, I've never had any questions before and everything was delicious, but not this time. I ordered two Burpee doners (550 g and 400 g). I opened them only after some time, when I left the establishment, and it turned out that the package contained a doner Burpee (550 grams), and a second doner Chicken (it is not clear which gram). There was no way to go back. The worst thing that could happen and did happen was poisoning with this Chicken doner. Please pay attention to the terms and conditions of food storage, as well as to compliance with sanitary standards.

Delicious shawarma. Good pita bread, sauce, fresh ingredients. It is convenient to order through the app or on the spot, even at lunch they do it quickly. There are discounts. However, I ordered once for the full price at Independence, and the second time with a discount at Mogilev, and the second time the portion seemed significantly smaller to me. Or maybe he was hungry). Anyway, their recipe is cool and the place is neat and decent.

Most importantly, I'll add something like a fresh update from above. I took it at the beginning of 2025, almost nothing has changed. There is more cabbage than the rest of the filling, there is meat, but it is completely covered by cabbage. The brisket that I added, it feels like we added a few small strips.
As an interim result, so far the best place where I took shawarma from this network is on Partizanskaya and Avtaza, it feels like it's better to go there than to take it here.
The taste of shawarma floats from one to the other, depending on which person is cooking, as well as the volume of cabbage in it.
It's always delicious, but sometimes there's more cabbage than we'd like.

I took teriyaki shawarma, the sauce is not the same, apparently the supplies have changed. Jalapeno is almost not spicy, although I don't feel the sharpness much, I eat pepper instead of lightly salted cucumbers, but here they are "exhausted" with a sharpness of 0. I paid extra for cheese, it seems to have appeared there, but something in a slight shade.
The conclusion for a couple of orders is how lucky you are and what kind of mood the one who cooks has, unfortunately this is the nearest point that knows how to cook better than others and you will have to continue buying here. But the number of stars won't change anytime soon.

The son announced that Papa Doner is now his favorite institution. And today we made our third trip, this time to Mogilevskaya Street. The visit is very nice with large windows. It's much nicer than staring into a blank wall. As almost experienced people, we ordered shawarma through the app while we were driving. So I didn't have to wait at all. We spent a couple of minutes admiring how well the guys were working and everything was ready. The serving is huge (550 grams), barely two of them managed. But I didn't really like the sauce - it's kind of special in this one. Next time, let's go back to the Bomber Jacket.

In rare cases, it happens that your order will be made quickly, sometimes it will be made qualitatively and really tasty. But lately it happens very infrequently in Papa doner.

I took a shawarma on Mogilevskaya 12a. I am extremely disappointed with this institution - it is necessary to look for such a terrible quality, combination of ingredients and taste all over Minsk. I took a Doner Burpee - a huge amount of cabbage that resembled pressed rice, white worms or anything resembling the absence of aesthetics in the dish. The cabbage tasted no better than its own appearance - I had to spit it out, since the consequences after eating this cabbage left much to be desired. The sauce is incomprehensible, there is a feeling that the shawarma was not salted enough, the meat tasted good.
