We came to the hotel for 7 days, with 2 children.
Positive:
Lots of activities for children, dancing, watching cartoons, etc.
Excellent work of the canteen, everything is delicious and generally not a little, we ate too much, special thanks to the staff.
The heated pool was about 30 degrees, like a bathtub, although when the heat was turned down, it got a little colder, but it was still great.
The advantages probably end there.
Minuses:
Constant power outages, from 15 minutes to 12 hours, we had this.
Accordingly, it was not particularly pleasant to sleep at night without warm air from the air conditioner.
They cleaned up only when they were asked, the bed linen was not changed, although it was changed from friends on the same day without asking.
The pool was clean when we arrived, after 4 days it turned into mud, there was sand and rocks at the bottom, and no one cleaned it until we left.
If you want to live closer to the pool, I don't recommend it.
You will definitely not be able to sleep peacefully, there will be screams of children, etc.
There was no promised Internet on the beach, only on the territory of the cabins.
The sea is 3 minutes away, but this is not the first line, but the second.
There are a lot of cows outside the cabins, they also walk on the beach, I think you understand what remains after them.
The playground is not in very good condition, while swinging on the swing, the children also rocked the house along the way, since they are interconnected and the fastenings at the bottom do not inspire confidence.
In the friends' house, there was a gap in the wall, in which the wind whistled and, as the sun rose, the rays hit the ceiling from the floor.
The market is 10-15 minutes away from the cabins.
If you need an ATM, ask them to take you to the Babylon store, a landmark, and a sign for tools.
You can order a taxi at the counter, or you can download the app and order yourself, prices are practically the same.
If you want to buy hot drinks at home or try them in cabins and you are advised to farm to the left of the traffic police post, do not be fooled, the prices are wild.
If you want a normal market, then go to Gagra, have drinks downstairs, and go to the building on the second floor for food.
In general, this hotel is not worth the money during the season.

We stayed at this cozy hotel from May 23 to June 1 in house number 100, an improved chalet located on a lawn in the new territory. There are two rooms in the house, the furniture is new, everything is clean and fresh, there is air conditioning in both rooms, the TVs are powered by Wi-Fi. There is a mini fridge, cups, a kettle, a large bathroom with hangers - very convenient! Towels and linen were changed every two days, which caused a pleasant surprise! Thanks to our cleaners! All the staff were kind and friendly, allowed to leave things at the reception and offered to take a walk before checking in, visit the pool. Everything is well maintained on the territory, only palm trees are missing))). But the young bushes are growing. The view is amazing - you can see the mountains on one side and the sea on the other! It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea, it's not far away. Shore and entrance - pebbles, stones. There is always music playing on the beach, there is a large trampoline free for children, and sun beds are also free.
There was plenty of entertainment at the hotel. Our animator Lily wished the guests a happy birthday, the children were entertained by Mafia games, twister and master classes, and in the morning there was usually yoga, water aerobics and water polo) In the evening - karaoke or disco. The Internet didn't work a couple of times in the evening and there was a cartoon showing on the projector. I remember the day of Ivan Kupala - in the evening we went to the sea, lit lanterns and released them into the sky, sang songs, danced around a huge bonfire... It was unforgettable!
The food was delicious, the food was similar in most cases, but nevertheless there was a choice. For example, in the morning there are always scrambled eggs, sausages for breakfast, and you could also take one of two porridges and another casserole or omelet. For lunch, two soups to choose from, two types of the second, 2 types of side dish. Salads are simple but delicious. For dinner, cutlets, either fish or meat, and also a side dish, and cut fruits were brought to each table individually. Basically an apple and a banana.
There are two pools, one heated, the water is like fresh milk, it's always crowded there, he helped us out, because it was cool to swim in the sea. The second pool is not heated, and the outdoor one is also. We swam both ways, the second one is cleaner, the water in it is crystal clear.
In general, there was nothing to complain about, because we really liked everything and we managed to get a good price, because it's not the season yet) I recommend this hotel to my friends! I really didn't want to leave.... Dad's house is cozy and family-friendly! Thank you very much for your emotions and service! Big greetings to everyone ♥️♥️♥

For the first time in Abkhazia, we have never regretted that we took a quiet Gadaut and it was the Papa dom hotel. The houses are new, there is everything you need.
It's +16 on May 7, it feels like 20-22 degrees in the sun. The pool has been heated since May 1st, and it is very warm.
In Abkhazia, they say the service is poor, we did not notice this)
Everything is great at the hotel, all the people who took us on excursions were also great.
The food at the hotel is excellent.
There are always several dishes to choose from, each of which is cooked very tasty. We always came out very full.
Thanks a lot to all the girls in the cafeteria for that.
We will definitely return to Abkhazia with the children.
