We visited panzarotti 3 times in Minsk City mall. The 1st time we ate panzarotti, which consisted of 80% chips. It's impossible to eat, it's dry, half of the filling just ends up on the tray. the 2nd time we took 2 pizzas, and it didn't even seem to be anything. But pepperoni pizza is something for the 3rd time. 3 pieces of cheap salami scattered all over the pizza, half a gram of cheese, but I don't know how to spoil the dough like that. It's a terrible pity for both the money and the stupid calories from this mess that we managed to cram into ourselves while we were trying. Even a small child said it tasted bad. Why open an establishment if you don't love your business so much and just mess up the food so stupidly?

We ordered panzarotti, waited for the order for about 10-15 minutes, the sister told the girl at the checkout to put extra cheddar cheese and jalapeno (naturally, they paid extra for this), and as it turned out, they didn't put anything in, we told the girl at the checkout about it, and she said that they put everything in. This girl assured us that everything was put in, we opened the panzarotti and showed that there were no extras that we asked to put in, as a result, the girl told the cook, and they gave us extras. But the very fact that they most likely wanted to deceive us is finishing us off. I do not recommend this place. (By the way, there weren't so many orders that they forgot to add extras. About panzarotti, I will say that they were dry, so I advise you to wash them down with something.)

One of the most terrible shawarma in many years in my life! It's just something, how can you cook so disgusting in the center of Minsk?! The pita bread seems to be a couple of weeks old, the meat (in my opinion) is half of what it should have been. But the cabbage was stuffed as if I was just vegan... I do not recommend this institution to anyone. Of the 3 purchased, no one got in, half went to the trash.

The first time I liked the classic Panzerotti. An unusual combination of ingredients, crispy, moderately soft dough, interesting sauce. The second visit was disappointing: the sauce is like mayonnaise, the dough is burnt. Moreover, at first the order was executed incorrectly, and to fix it, they simply took out the old filling and put a new one (apparently). Inside, Panzerotti was cold. And the cherry on the cake - there was a piece of something very sharp left from the old filling. People have allergies, a diet for health reasons, or just their own way of eating (vegans, vegetarians), and they should not come across something in their food that they did not order. For the first visit - five stars, the second - zero.

There were on 06/17/2023 during the campaign: panzarotti + potatoes + cola. Panzarotti tastes like 6 out of 10, because there are a lot of potato chips, the potatoes were cold, the cola is delicious as usual. Maybe it's an accident for this place, but we're not too thrilled.
