Excellent boarding house .We visited in July 2024.
Good food, beautiful view of the bay from the ninth floor, where dolphins swim.
The water is literally clear and warm, and diving is comfortable .
The fresh, forest air of Pitsunda, which releases 6 times more phytoncides than ordinary pine trees with a sea breeze, creates ideal conditions for recreation.

We have just returned from vacation. Therefore, I haven't forgotten everything yet) the building is under repair. We lived on the 11th floor, the view is beautiful; mountains, sea. The air conditioner is working. Of the minuses: during the 9 days of rest, we never changed the bed linen, which already looked pretty worn, at first they said that on the 5th day it was changed, then on the 7th, as a result, not for any! I don't think the towels would have been changed either if we hadn't been so persistent. In general, you need to ask for everything several times. Room cleaning is also not every day. I will not write about nutrition, because of the advice:it is better to take only breakfast or no breakfast at all. There are many cafes on the territory where you can have a cheap and delicious meal. The sea is beautiful, clean, and mostly calm. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, if you do not sleep until 11 o'clock. Almost everyone had enough.

About our vacation in the Resort-Pitsunda Golden Fleece building, I can note the most negative impressions, for two weeks they did not clean the room, they did not change the linen, no one had the declared shampoo, shower cap gel, only a small piece of soap, toilet paper was bought themselves, there was no declared kettle and cups, the drain in the shower is clogged, the request to send a plumber is ignored, the food called "buffet" corresponds only to the poorest dining room, the same thing for two weeks. No more going there for a vacation, and even paying them for this "VACATION".
