We rested for 14 days in August-September 2025. the standard room is superior with her husband and grandson, the daughter with her husband and youngest child is in a standard room. Gorgeous sea, air, and normal food are among the advantages. The rest of everything for that kind of money is only one: I have an air conditioner in my room, but the neighbors came at 2 a.m. and asked me to turn it off because it just growled and the neighbors couldn't sleep, and in the room it constantly made clicking sounds, of course we felt sorry for people and tried not to turn it on, which of course affected our well-being. Only the garbage was cleaned in the room and the linen was changed, the carpets in the room were not vacuumed once, they explained the lack of a vacuum cleaner (why then cover the floor with carpet?), the rooms are very shabby and tiny. The daughter's standard is just a horror, a dirty bathroom and a toilet of the 50s, a terrible dirty unwashed parquet, the absence of a condenser, a broken fan. My daughter's loggia was polluted with bird shit in a pile of 20 cm, although a bucket of shit was scraped off the railing of the loggia. The daughter first washed the bathroom with bleach, only after that she was able to wash a 2-year-old child in the shower. I was terribly upset, because I invited her to these protected areas and she came from the Far North. There was not a single sunbed on the beach, all were broken, and completely along the entire length, so that they could only be used by shooting in several layers with something. For such a large number of vacationers in a boarding house on the beach, there is a very tiny canopy, elderly people just lay on top of each other. My husband and grandson and I have paid 175 thousand rubles for this outrage for 12 years. The only sound in the boarding house was how the residents were looking for cleaners. Everything was decent and clean in the dining room, the dishes were cleaned, the finishing dishes were brought, it was felt that there was a head in the dining room who managed to organize the work. Otherwise, the vacationers were left to themselves. I don't know how the director of the boarding house is not ashamed of all this outrage ((((

I had a rest for the first time this year in early July at this boarding house.
Protected area, excellent location, sea and forest are nearby at the same time👍
Very attentive staff, good dining room, excursions are very affordable, the room is cleaned daily.

We had a rest at the boarding house in August. We arrived for the first time. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, so they did not set high demands. A wonderful place! Nature, territory, clean sea and beach, all of the above leaves a pleasant impression! We were going to a secluded corner, we chose this one, so we enjoyed it, and we mostly met people only at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! On the beach, they went further away from the main beach. For those who wanted to have fun, there was also exercises on the beach and volleyball and a movie in the evenings. The room had a balcony overlooking the sea, a room without air conditioning (it seems that there are such, we need to clarify when booking), we took a fan, but we never used it, fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf! It's just an incredible feeling! Loud neighbors on the balcony were a little annoying, people just didn't care that we weren't very interested in listening to their lives every day. The rooms are clean, cleaned once, but the towels have never been changed. I probably should have asked the maid about it, but the garbage was regularly cleaned and toilet paper was constantly put in, by the last day 3 rolls had accumulated.. There is a refrigerator and a TV in the room. The kettle is one for the corridor. We woke up early, took him to the room, boiled water (enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea). If they knew, they would have taken a small one of their own. About the food: we took 3 meals a day. I personally had a lot of this - breakfast and dinner would have been enough. The food was good. You definitely won't leave hungry. There have always been pastries, vegetables and meat. We took excursions. Guide Almazkhan, a wonderful storyteller! Thank him very much for his work! We went to Sukhum, Gagra (to the market-500 rubles per person), We went to Pitsunda ourselves, you can always negotiate with a driver who takes people to Gagra to the market. We took advantage of the transfer from Mussera to Adler, everything is perfectly organized. The goodwill of the locals conquered. For fruits (and it was the fig season, we probably tried all the varieties!) we went to the barrier, where the locals sell fruits, not expensive and ripe. They also collected water at the barrier if they did not have time to buy it at a shop on the beach. There, in the shop, you could buy what vacationers want and beer and ice cream and water and much more. We would like to come here again - absolutely yes! It can be seen that the boarding house is being renovated little by little. It would not be bad to improve the beach area, of course there is some desolation. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, and many sun beds are already broken in the middle, they need to be updated, I don't think it's expensive. And the beach itself is sand. After all, it is not difficult to level it and clean up the garbage (although to be honest, there was little household garbage, mostly needles, foliage, twigs.
