I put a "4" for the price/quality ratio. The rooms have a shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV. For that kind of money, Koblevo offers a room where there is nothing, a toilet on the floor or even on the street. I put "1" for the quality, because the repair was done 20 years ago. The room is all shabby, the plumbing is rusty, it leaks everywhere, the TV in many rooms does not work, sockets and switches fall out of the walls. When I go to Koblevo, I always take an extension cord with me.
