It is very difficult to get there, from the bus you still have to stomp on the construction site, the entrance is not from the pedestrian street, but from the highway, from the sea. 2. A very smoky room 3. There is no information about banquets anywhere, we fretted after reading reviews for half an hour in order to hear that there would be a banquet in an hour and they would not have time to feed us. At least they would have offered tea... 4. We looked at the menu, the prices are at the level of a cafe in the old town, there is no point in dragging ourselves. The area itself is no longer a tourist area, there are some barracks around

We had a rest in Baku in July 2024. We visited many cafes and restaurants, but constantly returned to the "Panoramic"! Everything is great here: the food, the staff, the atmosphere, the music! The dishes are served without delay, there are Russian or English-speaking waiters who will help you with your choice. We didn't find a single flaw in this restaurant!!! The prices are acceptable. Great view of the coast. Everyone is REQUIRED to visit!!!

Beautiful view from the window, pleasant atmosphere and interesting interior. Live music is playing, the staff does not know Russian, but the administrator will come to the rescue and tell you everything about the menu and help you choose wine. I recommend the place.
