Opened in November 1964 as the Palace of Arts, this cinema is one of the largest and most modern cinema complexes in Uzbekistan. It includes 10 cinemas with a capacity of 115 to 450 people, as well as a large cinema and concert hall with 1,890 seats, designed for premiere screenings and various events, including the games of the Highest League of the KVN of Uzbekistan.

The place is quite outdated for a modern concert hall. Difficulties with ventilation and temperature systems. In general, it is better than some places, but it requires deep improvements.
