Good afternoon!
Two months after the conclusion of the contract, the window was installed after numerous calls and outrages.
We ordered a window in oknopanorama as we had previously ordered for the whole house from them about 10 years ago and were satisfied, but not this time.
This time, the terms of the contract stated that the production time was about a month, and the installation was within 7 days, with a delay of 0.1%.
A month passed, there was no response or greeting about the window, we decided to wait another 7 days, we called ourselves, since they don't call at all and don't warn about anything, they probably don't care,0.1% is bullshit for them, we agreed that they would come and put it on the next week that the window that's it, as a result, the window arrived in the wrong size, larger than the window itself,they said they needed a week to make it, as a result, they did the window again for a little more than 2 weeks, they arrived, started installing it, in the end they didn't take the slopes, the handle, then one, then the other, some jambs, eventually the window it's worth it after 2 months and there's something to find fault with. 10 years ago, the window was at the highest level, everything was neat, the slopes were perfect, everything was cool, but now they only serve breakfast, they say that we understand, they apologize, but in fact nothing. It's not a cheap company itself, but they don't invest in time, and they're also very expensive.
I don't recommend it, I won't order any more windows from them!

We ordered a Dark night window, the window is very beautiful, it looks like aluminum. I will add a review on the operation later. Check the deadline clause at the conclusion of the contract! Before the order, the production was announced for 5 working weeks, in the contract, in the paragraph about the deadlines, they simply left this place empty (!). The husband did not notice, signed. As a result, the window was ready with a delay. It wasn't critical for us, but we are still for honesty. During pickup, they helped with loading, but they couldn't find the window handle for a long time, as a result, they put the first one they came across, and during installation we didn't understand why the window didn't open at all. It turned out that the handle was shorter than necessary, I had to open the window with a screwdriver (for a minute, the window cost 850 rubles). I hope the quality will be good.

I do not recommend it! We signed a contract, said the German profile of REHAU, made an advance payment, on the second day I found errors in the contract, the wrong profile was registered on the loggia, I called them back, they did not like that I pointed out many mistakes, they said they could not meet the needs, director Andrey from Minsk behaved rudely, brought me to stress, after Why do I have health problems so far, from worries
bleeding opened, I went to the hospital, one operation, at the end of October the second, the money was returned after 2-3 weeks, the profile is Russian, manufactured in Russia at the Maximform factory and the stickers on the windows of REHAU do not correspond to the originals of REHAU, I asked for a quality certificate, documents were not provided, refused.
They disrupted all the construction work that should have been done after installing windows, walls, ceilings, and so on.
I do not recommend it!!!

I suffered terrible moral damage, which led to health problems, although I had not been ill before, I was healthy.

I contacted Panorama company to replace the plastic window.
The choice fell on rehau intelio, I am satisfied with the window, a good solid double-glazed window. During the installation, two serious scratches were found on the low tide and the window sill-they were replaced with new ones without any questions. There's a like here, beauties. The dismantling of the old window was carried out with the preservation of the fittings, the whole thing, everything is beautiful.(but for this + 100p is strange of course).
I gave 3 stars out of 5 tk:
1. Deadlines, promised by phone up to 3 weeks, the measurer announced the same 3 weeks. In fact, 21 days according to the contract for the manufacture of the window + 7 days for installation. Keep this in mind when ordering. Total: almost a month has been released, for this minus a star.
2. After the foam dried, I went to wash the window and found a through hole in the profile from the street (attached photo). A joint in production or installation, it's hard to say right now. But the fact remains. The moment is not the most pleasant.
Buying a window for 1800r, I would like to avoid such problems.

I ordered custom-sized doors (exit to the balcony). The companies to which the order was addressed either did not want to take it, or offered to make a partition on top, which lost the meaning of the whole idea. Panorama windows confirmed their name and took the order)
There were some nuances in the process - everything was resolved without unnecessary questions. I also applied for an adjustment a couple of months later, received the same quick response and a solution to the issue. There is an honest approach to the business vision and a real customer focus. My husband and I recently installed albino PVC windows for our apartment and we are very pleased with the result!

There are no questions about measurement, installation, payment, but they promised to clean up the garbage on the site, they did not remove the dismantled frame only to the elevator, according to the contract, the warranty is 10 years, but after 2 years the erroneous action blocker on the balcony door broke, and there is no guarantee since they re-registered and do not owe anyone anything, so don't be fooled by such deceptions
