Good afternoon!
Two months after the conclusion of the contract, the window was installed after numerous calls and outrages.
We ordered a window in oknopanorama as we had previously ordered for the whole house from them about 10 years ago and were satisfied, but not this time.
This time, the terms of the contract stated that the production time was about a month, and the installation was within 7 days, with a delay of 0.1%.
A month passed, there was no response or greeting about the window, we decided to wait another 7 days, we called ourselves, since they don't call at all and don't warn about anything, they probably don't care,0.1% is bullshit for them, we agreed that they would come and put it on the next week that the window that's it, as a result, the window arrived in the wrong size, larger than the window itself,they said they needed a week to make it, as a result, they did the window again for a little more than 2 weeks, they arrived, started installing it, in the end they didn't take the slopes, the handle, then one, then the other, some jambs, eventually the window it's worth it after 2 months and there's something to find fault with. 10 years ago, the window was at the highest level, everything was neat, the slopes were perfect, everything was cool, but now they only serve breakfast, they say that we understand, they apologize, but in fact nothing. It's not a cheap company itself, but they don't invest in time, and they're also very expensive.
I don't recommend it, I won't order any more windows from them!

We ordered a Dark night window, the window is very beautiful, it looks like aluminum. I will add a review on the operation later. Check the deadline clause at the conclusion of the contract! Before the order, the production was announced for 5 working weeks, in the contract, in the paragraph about the deadlines, they simply left this place empty (!). The husband did not notice, signed. As a result, the window was ready with a delay. It wasn't critical for us, but we are still for honesty. During pickup, they helped with loading, but they couldn't find the window handle for a long time, as a result, they put the first one they came across, and during installation we didn't understand why the window didn't open at all. It turned out that the handle was shorter than necessary, I had to open the window with a screwdriver (for a minute, the window cost 850 rubles). I hope the quality will be good.
