I recommend this particular guest house to everyone because it's not far from the center of Gagra, the sea is 10-12 minutes away, but once you get down you get into a chain of shops and restaurants, all kinds of fast food. We needed a clinic next to the hospital, the main thing is to get rid of the rotovirus, for 1,500 rubles on the very first day we had an IV drip and we were like cucumbers. There is plenty of entertainment at sea and there are disco clubs. My husband and I enjoyed everything very much.

It's a wonderful place, the kitchen is shared, the location has some ups, but the price is lower, and the sea is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. But the view is gorgeous and the birds are singing, nature is all around, the rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable. I recommend one hundred percent.

For the first time, I booked not through the website but directly, but decided to pay in advance, I was lucky. Kristina was greeted by the hostess and drove home perfectly, time flew by in a pleasant conversation, the place was pleased, although there was a lift, but I aspired to the beauty of nature, the view is gorgeous, the sea and vegetation. There are plenty of canteens, cafes and shops within a 5-minute walk from the house.Recommend. Now just this way.

A wonderful guest house, we arrived with my wife in July, there are small entrances to the house, but we just wanted fewer hotels nearby, an ideal place, silence and birds singing in the morning. We love to walk, so we didn't even notice these 12 minutes to the beach. going down the stairs, you will find a paradise of cafes and canteens, next to a great kid's cafe. It is better to buy fruits at the market in the morning. It is better to arrange a transfer with Kristina, she will always tell the truth, it is better not to turn around to local taxi drivers, they strongly agitate for other hotels. the price and quality correspond, I advise friends.

I came with my wife in January specifically to Lake Ritsa, the photo shoot was a success. It's just brilliant, the guest house is good, there is everything you need, all the amenities are in the room, there was a slight rise, but this is even a plus. I advise everyone not to have interruptions with water and light as in tsandrirsh.

We arrived with my mother in May last year, the fast was fast, although there were a lot of people. We turned to Kristina, we were met from the post, we drove quickly and chatted. All the way, there was a small climb to the house, we walked 12 minutes to the sea at a slow pace. But the nature is amazing, the room is great. The beach is good, there are a lot of shops by the road. I advise everyone if you are not afraid to walk.))

We arrived at night, we were greeted and offered tea, although it was not the season, but there were a lot of people. I was in Panorama when it was still called At AUNT SILVA's, before the renovation and arrived this year in June, just words cannot describe how the house has changed for the better, the room with new furniture, the new building is just great, I love Gagra, for the beauty and hospitable people. I recommend only Gagra. And a guest house with a magnificent view of the sea.

Бронировали через островок.ру в мае на август 2 номера на 2 персоны (итого 4 человека) в Абхазии, г. Гагра - Гостевой Дом Панорама (улица Бестужева-Марлинского, д.16, Гагра). По приезду оказалось что нас никто не ждал, свободных номеров нет. По видимому наши номера сдали кому-то другому на более выгодных условиях. Ехали в дороге 20 часов, оказались очень уставшие в другой стране и оказались без жилья. После связи со специалистом с сайта островок.ру нам просто вернули наш залог за жилье. Пришлось экстренно искать другое место для приюта.

Отвратительное место. Никому не советую брать номер в данном гостевом доме. Фото, которые вы видите на сайте, не соответствуют действительности.
В комнате был ужасный запах старости, сырости, кошки.
В шкафу также нашли чьи-то вещи, в туалете и душе по углам паутина с пауками, все старое и грязное. Пожалели тысячу раз, что выбрали это место. Даже прикасаться ко всему было неприятно.

В номере очень сильная вонь кошачьей мочи, в шкафу старые вещи хозяйки, замок в туалете не работает, хозяйка злая. Идти до пляжа долго, по горе. Единственный плюс - вид на море.
