The Traktorny Zavod metro station is a seven-minute walk away. Friendly staff, comfortable bed with perfect linens, kitchenette, sofa, hallway area. I would like to note that there are quite a lot of places for storing things - a closet in the hallway, a chest of drawers in the sleeping area, a dressing table in the bathroom. Very cool hotel🔥🔥🔥 The rooms are clean, everything is there. We lived in a double room, there is a microwave, a refrigerator, a full bath. There are dishes in the room. Everything is clean, beautiful, simple, but with very good taste. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area of Minsk, Traktorny Zavod metro station, 5 minutes on foot. There is a parking area near the hotel. The staff is polite, everyone suggested where to go, where to change money, what to see and where to eat delicious, there is a store and a couple of cafes nearby. The owner of the hotel is a very pleasant man, knows many stories and a lot of interesting facts about the memory and the history of Belarus. He suggested how to spend our mini-vacation and where to go. We didn't have enough days to see Belarus more and we decided to stay for one more day, we were converted into another room as comfortably as possible. They helped me with my things. We are satisfied with all 200%

Mini bar , kitchenette in the room ( cutlery, dishes, kettle , water and tea ) . Good sound insulation , you can 't hear the neighbors, even though the hotel was packed ! There were no rooms available . We arrived on a motorcycle and, which pleased us, we were allowed to drive the motorcycle into a closed area (although the main parking is spontaneous along the road. By the way, there are always places), a trifle, but it 's nice) There is a small grocery store opposite the hotel , which is also convenient 👌 The staff is friendly 👍 We were extremely satisfied with the trip, we will come back again! The railway runs nearby somewhere, but in summer with the windows open it interfered. There is a grocery store next door and a block from the hotel there is a chic cafe - Monnom. A clean, quiet hotel. All new furniture and equipment. But the service is completely zero. There is simply no service. The administrator only works during the day. A security guard sits from evening to morning. The requested breakfast can be received only after 9 a.m., after the arrival of the administrator. We left before 9 a.m., so we couldn't get a taste of tomorrow. There is no microwave in the room, so you won't be able to heat up anything you bought at the store across the street. There were no towels in the room, they were provided upon request. For three days, the room was never cleaned and, accordingly, the shampoo bags were not reported and the garbage was not taken out. There is no one to complain to, because we talked with the guard in the morning and evening. The room is strangely furnished. The room has two rooms, one equipped with an entrance hall, a kitchen and a living room, 3 in 1. And a TV right there. All this is on 10 sq.m. The second room is a bedroom with a large bed and that's it. It is more convenient to watch TV in bed. I hope this review will be seen by the owners and the shortcomings will be eliminated. It's your business.

We stayed in Minsk for two nights at this hotel, we liked everything very much, the room was new and cleaned. The room had a small kitchen with a kettle, microwave and refrigerator, everything worked fine! There were several towels in the bathroom, but unfortunately there was no curtain, it was uncomfortable( A small note - it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro. There is also no luggage storage at the hotel.

There is not enough door in the shower, one screen is not enough, water is everywhere in the end. There is no air conditioning - it is very hot in summer. Location in a residential area - 30 minutes by taxi to the center. Parking near the hotel or along the road. Local residents are very indignant at the flow of cars - "there are places there", they even call the traffic police. There is no parking ban, but the mood was spoiled. A new, clean hotel that has absolutely everything to relax after the road. We got a small room, but very functional, a kitchenette with everything you need. Lots of sockets in the right places , beautiful mattresses , clean and cozy . In general, we slept like at home.
