Good cuisine. Many times everyone ate at this restaurant, but when visiting this institution on 05/11/2025 for my wife's birthday, they were very unhappy with the staff and the promotions provided by this institution. First, we booked a place in advance, and when booking, we were sent a menu that said: "Special offer on Sunday: vodka 1 + 1." It was not said which vodka is valid for the promotion. They also have it written: "A gift from the establishment to the birthday boy is a 20% discount on hot food," not on the entire menu. But when we visited this institution, we found out that they have a gift from the institution equal to the promotion, and we were offered a choice: either the Sunday vodka 1+1 promotion, or a 20% birthday gift, which we were very disappointed about, because 20% is positioned as a gift from the institution. not an action! Well, we were told that in our establishment it is regarded as an action, but nowhere on the menu is it indicated that it is regarded as an action. But it doesn't matter, we agreed with that. When we chose vodka "one plus one", another surprise awaited us: we were told that only a certain vodka was valid in this promotion, of course, it was not indicated anywhere on the menu, and when we ordered a week before, no one told us about it. The administrator called - she provided us with another piece of paper for the menu (this is after our request for this paper). It wasn't on the menu, it wasn't even sent to us when we set up the table for a week, which indicated which vodka was valid for this promotion. The receptionist just said it wasn't her shift, the girl who answered you isn't here right now. We have not received any explanations or apologies. I just don't understand: we left around 250,000 tenge there. Was it really difficult for the institution to simply give a bottle of vodka or some kind of compliment from the institution with an apology for their mistakes! The place has gone very bad. We waited for food for an hour even though the place was empty! Also, the barbecue was no longer hot and overcooked ! It feels like the owner has changed there .

We got there by chance on My day, 08/9.23. We were very surprised by the design, very beautiful, stylish, not loaded. Tables made of artificial marble (very rich). Inside there are 5 spacious areas, a stage and a dance floor. Plus a separate vip lounge with karaoke for 10-12 people and a summer party on the street. There are 7 zones in total. Live music every day, we had a girl singing with an excellent repertoire. I've been maintaining the atmosphere all evening. I was served in the area on the podium by a kid, very polite and courteous, I don't remember the name. The dishes
were CAESAR salad - Iceberg leaves are not real cabbage, the sauce is delicious, pleasant, but it was not enough for me (it seemed a little dry) despite the fact that the portion is medium,
California rolls are not greasy, rice is not sticky, cheese is tender, fresh fish (acceptable thickness),
Penne pasta and Bolognese sauce are sooo delicious, sauce in moderation with sourness and fragrant aroma of herbs,
Grilled chicken with lettuce and cherry leaves is really a chicken, not an adult, old one. The meat is juicy, with a grill flavor, very tasty.
The pink sparkling wine (produced by the Russian Federation) SANTO STEFANO was taken from alcohol. It's not bad at all. According to the promotion (on Wednesdays they gave a second bottle as a gift).
As a result, the evening went well, they did not wait for 12 at night, at this time they congratulate the birthday people on the stage.

Cons: terrible live music with a voiceless singer, disgusting repertoire and lame sound. The speakers are screaming too loudly, the eardrums begin to hurt. On repeated requests from visitors to make it a little quieter, the administrator turned on the "fool" and did not fulfill his promise. As a result, most of the clients moved to the summer terrace, away from the roaring music and froze. The service is average, not super. The contingent is motley. By the way, the administrator went drunk, they saw him drinking with some girl at a summer party. Take a normal manager who knows how to get along with people.
And it is better to start live music from 10 pm, as in other establishments, and not from 8.
P.S. At the end of the get-together, they saw the "evening of broad shoulders". A dozen drunken men staged a fight in front of the entrance to the "Panaehali". The admin cowardly ran inside instead of calling the police. Sadly.
The idea and concept of the bar are good, but the execution is lame.

Yesterday we decided to sit here with a friend. We ordered caesar with shrimp, salmon steak, rib Eye steak. In the salad that was brought, they found a long white hair , I am glad that the salad was replaced without complaints. The steak and salmon were brought immediately, the portion is large. Steak Tibon, brought in 2 hours. The waiter, Alua, said it was her fault, but does that change anything? After we were served by a guy, unfortunately I don't remember the name. As a result, when they asked for the bill, they included an extra salad and side dish in it, it's good that they noticed. They explained the situation to us by saying that the waiters got it wrong. Apparently this is our first and last visit to this institution

Salads are all the same, a lot of salad leaves, just the name. The salad from the chef or the panahali salad smells awful of vinegar, I didn't even try it! And without even thinking, we ordered 3 teapots of Tashkent tea , but in vain ! This is the first time we've tasted such terrible Tashkent tea! And finally, you have terrible sofas that are not comfortable at all. They hung there like children . My back ached from the uncomfortable table and sofa ! The toilet is still dirty and does not close from the inside! And yes, at about 7.40 we already ordered food and waited an hour and a half. The barbecue was generally brought at 10 . From the fact that they carried everything one at a time and for 10-15 minutes the table was empty . Now I won 't set foot there and I won 't advise you !

I really didn't like everything!! We made a reservation for January 1, so to speak, to celebrate the New Year with friends. The reservation was made, the prepayment was taken, the discount was promised, the discount was canceled as a result, and the menu was made more expensive (like New Year's Eve). The kitchen is dark, the cocktails are terrible, even the tequila is on the left. From the positive side, only the waiter is a cool friendly guy. The administrator is not responsible for anything, does not know anything, can not help in any way. Security is not a defensive element at all, but an attacking one. I do not advise you to get there in any case, everything is done not for guests, but just the opposite!!! Avoid it if you want to have a delicious and cool time! In a word, the name corresponds to the situation, only the staff, not the guests, came!!! Good luck to everyone!
