Never, ever order a monument from this individual entrepreneur. He'll take the money and do nothing. He took money from me and did nothing, just constantly lies and excuses himself. Save your nerves and money - do not contact him. And, by the way, as it has now turned out, I am not the only victim, there are more than 10 of us and these are the ones I know about, it is not known how many of them actually are.
