I would like to express my gratitude for the highly qualified and delicate support of Dmitry's manager when ordering the monument to his parents. Very friendly and friendly procedure.
An undoubted advantage is the work of the artist, the coordination of all the details so that there are no errors in the text, and the prompt demonstration of an alternative color solution (gold / silver) for a better representation of the final version. The production of steles with portraits and slabs with an epitaph in stone is also at a height.
At the same time, purely scientifically and technically, I would like to highlight a number of shortcomings at the stage of installing the monument in order to improve the company's business processes.
1) Different types of G-440 and G-640 tiles were specified in the manufacturing and installation contracts. The direct contractor asked the customer, who was not competent in this matter, to resolve the conflict; in theory, such a situation should not exist.;
2) upon receiving the finished monument at the cemetery, small but noticeable violations of the parallelism of the tile edge were found at the two sides of the spans at the corners of the monument within 2 mm along the length of the span; fortunately, the sealant had not yet solidified, and the master who arrived with the vases and lamp promptly corrected everything for the ruler; also, a careful inspection revealed a pair the places where it was possible to clean the sealant at the seams were completed; that is, the customer needed to inspect the parts very carefully;
3) the bolt in the lower part of the lamp was slightly protruding from the interior space outside the aisles of the bottom plane; despite the explanations of the master that the necessary layer of sealant levels the protruding bolt, and the lamp will firmly stand with the entire bottom plane on the plate, the impression is somewhat blurred: nevertheless, this is a monument and I would like to avoid such questions.;
4) A company's business card was pasted on the front surface of the stele, even on a corner, with a reference to the management's instruction to glue it that way and an explanation that it was both a warranty card; the wish to paste it on the back in an inconspicuous place was not accepted; I consider the sticker of the business card on the front surface to be a violation of the aesthetics and purpose of the monument.
At the same time, the manner of communication of the installation specialist is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you to the company for your work, and please accept the technical details in the review as a kind wish for possible improvement of work processes. I am satisfied with the final quality, a worthy earthly embodiment of the memory of the departed closest relatives

For a long time, I could not decide on the choice of a studio for decorating the burial place of deceased relatives and friends. I left a comment under the Instagram profile post "Memory in stone". I got a call back, and the conversation was very pleasant, tactful, and unobtrusive. Admin Dmitry invited me to come to the office on Surganova St. and draw a mock-up of the monument. The store is located in a very convenient location with good transport links, one stop from the metro station Academy of Sciences. A large monitor for visualizing the layout of the monument, a huge selection of ready-made solutions for every budget and taste, a professional in his field, a very pleasant and charming manager with refined taste and sense of style. After carefully listening to all my requirements and wishes, Dmitry perfectly selected the material and worked out the layout of a three-person composition with landscaping, taking into account burial in the Western Cemetery at a very affordable price with installment payment. I would like to note that the staff of the company "Memory in Stone" is a team of professionals, acting smoothly and in stages, and sending photo reports on time. Designer Karina worked with photographs, shading and transforming them, creating unforgettable images of my family in the medallions. I also want to thank the installation team of Evgeny and Roman, attentive and responsive guys, who understood all my requirements and wishes for the installation and decoration of the burial site, the flowers were transplanted, the metal crosses were poured into the foundation, all the photo reports of the phased installation were sent to me on Viber.
