A good complex. The tenants are almost the same. The pool worked great this year! The managers did their job perfectly. Thanks to Umit for taking care of the territory! Still, some neighbors would be kinder😉☺️

A beautiful neighborhood in Mahmutlar, Alanya. Once it was practically on the outskirts of Mahmutlar and a little higher, closer to the mountains, huge gardens stretched. But the city is growing, approaching the mountains, becoming more modern, with good infrastructure. And now this neighborhood has become almost the center. To the sea, if you walk slowly, you can walk in 7-10 minutes. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. A huge residential complex Ekta Moll has grown nearby, where quite fashionable shops are located on the first line. All this is also within walking distance of 5 minutes.

Mid-July 2023. The lights go out every 30 minutes and turn on after 5 minutes. Mostly in the evening, when people turn on the air conditioner at home. We got stuck in elevators several times because of this. The cold and hot water were turned off from evening to 6 a.m. yesterday.
The pool is 1.4 deep, you can't swim much, only children. There is only one slide, it is turned on for 10 minutes. The audibility in the apartments is like in cardboard boxes. Turks speak loudly, you can record on Google translator and understand what they are saying).
It's generally fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.
