A good hotel, the hostess Marina is wonderful, hospitably welcomed, showed everything, went to the meeting in requests. The territory is well maintained and clean, near a cafe with delicious food and friendly staff.
Room cleaning on request no more than 4 days, rooms are tired (blankets, sheets and sometimes towels with yellow spots), but proximity to the sea (less than 1 min) overshadowed everything. There was always light, refrigerator, hot water, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. But the eatery opposite across the canal did not allow normal sleep (from 8 a.m. music was already screaming all over the street).
The hotel staff is nice and helpful, in general, full price-quality compliance. I would have given 5 stars, if not for the misunderstanding on the contrary, even if it does not relate to the hotel in any way.

An incredibly beautiful hotel. We went in September 2024. The quality of service is excellent. The food is excellent and varied. The hosts are very polite, even more so)). The sea is literally 50 meters away. The beach is pebbles, some sand away. There is plenty of entertainment at sea. Nearby there are sellers of excursions for every taste. 200-300 meters of pine grove with relict pines, the air is clean. If the sea is stormy, then a warm pool. The rooms are large, cozy, air conditioning inside, all amenities. We are thrilled, next year is just there. By the way, they didn't even get sick, there was no poisoning or acclimatization. Which is important.

I had a rest with two children on 01-08.06.2024 - I really liked everything! I definitely recommend this hotel! The administration and staff are friendly, open to communication, there were minor problems in the room (the door in the shower cabin did not close - everything was repaired promptly). Of course, the room equipment needs to be updated, but for me personally, this did not spoil the good impression of the hotel and the rest in general!The area is clean, the pool is clean too! The cafe is great!!! The menu, the prices - we really liked everything! The chefs cook very, very tasty!!( A separate greeting from the little gourmet Mishutka❣️) The location is not bad either - at the end of the village, but there is a beach right opposite! We went to this beach and to the central one, where there is a pine grove (15 minutes on foot)

In the cafe from the hotel "Palma" we had breakfast, lunch and dinner the whole vacation! We ate in other places in Ldzaa, but we always wanted to come back here. It is delicious, clean, safe for health, and, most importantly, very sincere. Well, check it out for yourself, to the question: "Is lavash big?" They answer me: "With the palm of your hand!" It's so cute! And what delicious lemon cupcakes are here! Fish, hafman, salad with crispy eggplant!
Perhaps the order is not prepared very quickly, but this home environment is very inviting. I will be in Ldzaa - I will definitely come again!

A wonderful place to relax by the sea. We are here now. We took breakfast included (porridge, pancakes, sausages, slicing, etc. -400 rubles). The rooms are very large, 20-25 m2. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a hood from the bathroom in half of the rooms. There are 32 rooms in total. It is better to take a room where the entrance is from the sea - there is a window in the bathroom. There are beach towels. On-site swimming pool (small). There are many cafes and inexpensive canteens around. The food prices are reasonable. We have been vacationing in Pitsunda for several years. Ldzaa is the best location.

The rooms are old, the renovation is sloppy, the amenities are minimal. For that kind of money, you can find much more decent options in Abkhazia.
3. ** Rudeness and disregard.** When trying to resolve the conflict, the owners and the administration ** completely refused to make contact**. They did not respond to emails, but in a personal conversation they were rude and accused us of "misunderstanding the rules." No apologies, no attempts to solve the problem, just cynical indifference.

We rested at the hotel "Palma", by pre-booking with an excursion group. Nice, bright double rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. On-site cafe, delicious food. Friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to the administrator (maybe she made a mistake in her position) Julia. Everything is clear, accessible, etc. Julia is a professional in her field. It's a beautiful place. We had a rest in July 2024. Polite, friendly staff. The ticket was taken from the tour operator with breakfast, which I successfully woke up every day and which was served to me at any time without any questions. Delicious pancakes. In general, the whole kitchen is very tasty, the cooking is commendable. The hardworking and attentive staff of the kitchen and cafe, as well as in general, everything that can relate to everyday issues is done immediately. We rested in Palma from September 12 to 19, 2023. The location is very convenient, the sea is 3 minutes away. There are many cafes, canteens, shops around the hotel. And there is a cafe on site. You can sit in the cafe downstairs, or you can go up to the roof and watch the sunset. There is also a nice swimming pool on the territory.
The bed and towel were changed. Everything is clean and white!
The only thing I would like is that there would be a kettle and some dishes in the room!
Wi-Fi worked well!

Dirty rooms - stains, fungus in the shower, there is no TV in the room, although it was on the website in the photo, the rooms are not cleaned during the entire stay (it turns out you need to ask for this). Parking is outside the hotel along the fence, but there are not always enough places. There is not even a cup in the room, let alone a kettle. Old mattresses are not comfortable, broken furniture, I'm not talking about the shower at all. It is very noisy in the early morning, there are tables under the windows of the rooms located near the cafe and the pool - vacationers gather on them and smoke directly into the room window.
Among the advantages, I would like to mention the pleasant staff, the friendly manager and the location of the hotel itself.
But do something about the renovation of the rooms, put them in order, carpet on the floor in the south - it's not necessary!!!!

I take off the star for the cleanliness of the plumbing - the toilets inside are dirty even after cleaning. My hands itched to wash everything myself 😅
And the second is a cafe on the territory of the hotel. That's where the staff is straight from the Soviet Union, where you can get rude for the fact that the waiter forgot to write down your salad (direct quote: "Zai, well, I blew your salad, you know?!I forgot to write it down! What kind of salad did you have?").
Or, for example, how do you wake up when a cafe employee (apparently the chef) complains that she had to get up at 7:30 in the morning to cook breakfast for us (we went with a travel company and decided to pre-order breakfast the next day). Although they themselves have it written on the menu that breakfast starts at 8 a.m., It finished me off that even passive aggression towards children is manifested there (especially when parents are not around).
And sometimes it felt like they didn't like us - one day they brought us scrambled eggs, which were like glue on top, which couldn't be cut with a knife, and tea, where there was more precipitation than snow in Moscow 🤤
Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel, there are no complaints about it 🤗

We went to dinner in the evening. My husband ordered a pork neck kebab. And it was brought in raw. Several pieces were semi-raw , and one was completely. When we called the receptionist / hostess / I don't know who this lovely woman is, and told her about it, she said well, it happened when we opened, but now it wasn't. Sorry.
When the bill was brought to us, they counted 1000 rubles for this wonderful barbecue, so they also took 30 rubles for a plastic pizza container (the child did not eat, we wanted to take it with us). We paid the bill, but I said that's not how it's done at all. Either you do not include this kebab in the bill (and she herself said yes, I see that it is raw), or some kind of gift, at least they would not take 30 rubles for the container. Funny. And it's unpleasant, you don't set foot there anymore, and I advise everyone to avoid this place. The meat is half-cooked, it is not a sausage that is not cooked. You can get poisoned so well. Horror. Guys, I know you don't care, but somehow respect the people who come to you. Today you will cook, and tomorrow you will also be treated to some rotten meat.

We have vacationed in Palma more than once and like it more and more every year. The staff is friendly and friendly. The rooms are free, the beds are comfortable (which is not a little important). Clean and modern. There are no problems with water, the pressure is good. The location is sooo convenient, the sea is 5 minutes away. There is a cafe on site, they cook sooo tasty and a large selection of dishes. You can sit in the cafe downstairs, or you can go up to the roof and enjoy a glass of Abkhazian wine while enjoying the sunset. There is also a gorgeous swimming pool on site, illuminated at night. We had a rest in July 2023. The hotel is generally not bad for Abkhazia, but there are disadvantages! The receptionist is a pleasant woman, the room in which they rested is sad and dead. Let me explain: the bed was broken and creaky, the closet needed repair, the disposable kettle stank of plastic, the carpet on the floor required dry cleaning, power outages, Wi-Fi worked time after time, there was no water at all for periods, there was no TV. The pool is great, clean!
The cafe on the territory of the hotel is rented to very bad people! Let me explain: the two women working in the cafe are very aggressive, not pleasant communication with the visitors of this cafe. The food there is not tasty, and it takes a very, very long time, the prices are too high! There were cases when we were refused an order, referring to the fact that they allegedly did not have any products, but after leaving the cafe I start feeding others! You didn't pass the change twice! Once they brought a burger with a raw cutlet!

You can stay at a 3* hotel if you are not picky!
The cafe in the hotel is terrible, I do not recommend visiting it!

Hello, travelers. The Palma Hotel is definitely worth it for the money. The attitude of the staff is at the highest level, special and huge thanks to the administrator Natalia, a very responsive woman. The hotel is located almost on the first line, just a minute walk to the beach. Linen change and room cleaning are carried out in a timely manner, For the particularly lazy (😉😉😉) or for children there is a heated swimming pool on site. By the way, the photo in it in the evening is just a cannon. There is also a cafe. The staff is very friendly. If the cafe seems expensive or something does not please, then there are several good canteens nearby. Be prepared for periodic power outages, but this is not the fault of the administration, the lights are turned off all along the coast. Minibuses pass by the cafe to Pitsunda, Gagry, Psou. I wish further prosperity to the Palm, we will certainly come to you again.

But there are also disadvantages- for some reason the pool has stopped heating, it has been icy for the last few days. Although we talked about it. A cold river flows into the sea and this makes it colder, so we walked about 1 km to the right. The shower holder was broken in the bathroom and therefore it was very difficult to wash long hair.. They also talked at the reception, but they never did.. The village is quiet and peaceful, but with a clear sea.

- there are a lot of people in the staff who are not responsible for anything.
- the manner of communication also leaves the best. Shouting and talking are unnecessary when people come to you with a polite question.
A big minus is that karaoke in other establishments around the hotel is open until 23 pm and if you want to spend a pleasant evening at the hotel, you will not succeed. Because drunk people got to the microphone and it is encouraged.
Conclusion: start keeping an eye on the hotel and at least make repairs a little bit

The situation in the room, as someone has already written, is grandmother's. The chairs are centuries old, the beds too. The TV is hanging, but the antenna is not connected to it, there is no remote control. It's scary to turn on the air conditioner - no one has cleaned it since the formation of the universe. I had to go to the pharmacy for chlorhexidine and somehow spray the vaporizer in the hope that at least something would die there.....
A separate topic is the thumping music above your head until 11 pm. On the third floor there is an outdoor area with music. And no one cares that people come there with small children and they need to sleep at 11 o'clock in the evening. I went to the reception a couple of times with a request to turn down the volume - they turned it down. In general, you sit in the room like inside a drum. The canteen is also so-so. The food is carried for a long time and is not tasty. The prices are high.
Of the advantages, the sea is 150 meters away.

Among the disadvantages: the territory is small, unlimited access by unauthorized people through the entrance to the cafe, they do not monitor the cleanliness of the pool, do not clean the rooms, TV does not work, there are no kettles and a hair dryer in the rooms, noise and smell from the cafe in the rooms (number 4 and neighboring), noise from transport (rooms above reception), there is no generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply and a spare water tank (i.e. there will also be no water when the lights are turned off)

The hotel is located across the street from the sea, a 2-minute walk - and in front of you is the purest Black Sea. The rooms are standard, clean with fresh renovation, cleaning every two days regularly. We ate at the hotel in a cafe, which is very convenient! Breakfast was included, daily a choice of cereals, omelets, scrambled eggs, and desserts (pancakes, casseroles, tortillas). Lunch and dinner - the average price of a dish is 250-300rubles. Everything is very tasty and fresh, the children really loved the pizza that is prepared at the hotel - a big tasty one and only 300 rubles. The hotel staff is very hospitable and polite. We swam in the pool every day, I did not feel the cold water there, they cleaned it early in the morning every day, after 10 you can swim in peace. Wi-Fi is working on site, there is a TV in the room, but it does not work, but we did not really need it, although someone really needs to go and watch anything on a big TV near the reception in a specially equipped place. As a result, the Hotel has a Palm Tree of development, vacationers have more positivity and everyone will be happy.

It is impossible to sleep at night, because there is a disco nearby and drunken residents who cannot be brought to reason. The TV is hanging like a painting, it didn't work for us and all the neighbors around. You can only advise careless youth. They write their own positive reviews. The food is delicious, the room is clean. But the administrator 's attitude is bad. We arrived from the plane in the morning, the rooms were there, after us the vacationers came, they were given the keys. We were made to wait until exactly two o'clock in the afternoon. There is no reception as such, an office-type room, from where we were asked to leave and wait until 14.00 somewhere on the territory, which also does not exist. There is nowhere to change clothes to go to the sea. There is not enough comfort. The room is clean. But the mirror is hung so that you need to stand on the sofa to look at it, the wardrobe is standing, and the crossbar where the hangers hang is broken. We are currently living in this hotel on the second floor, facing the road, noisy and dusty. Umbrellas are installed on the roof, at night they rattle a lot from the wind. The territory is not interesting. It feels like a ***....done. Administrator Olga is a special case, stingy with emotions, not friendly with excessive pride. And what surprised me more was that the staff eats with the guests. No normal hotel will allow itself to do this. I repeat, the food is delicious, respect for the cooks, and the waiters too.

I especially want to highlight the cafe at the hotel. Everything ingenious is simple: excellent cuisine, elegant service, great staff. All dishes are meticulously individually suited! Everything is fresh, with the heat of the heat.
And a separate highlight is complemented by a wonderful year-round heated swimming pool 2 meters from the cafe and the hotel!
There is also a children's play pavilion nearby, where you can safely leave the children and relax for adults;) And on the top floor there is an outdoor terrace with tables with magnificent sea views, where you can watch dolphin games over a cup of Turkish coffee ...
In general, this place is 10 out of 10. I would have added something else, but these emotions simply cannot be expressed in words...

Does not match the photos and videos that the administrator sent with reality. The territory is unkempt, the rooms, especially the first floors, are damp, the walls are cracked, the beds are damp, the shower is kapets, the refrigerator does not close. A pleasant place and not bad service, but I absolutely did not like the food. They brought burnt trout on the grill and said that it was necessary. Mashed potatoes with cutlets were served for an hour and in general the portions are small. The place is for an amateur, but we will refuse to visit this place.
