We lived here for almost a week.
We were dissatisfied with the conditions.
First of all: there was no heating here at the end of September with night sub-zero temperatures and it was cold as outside.
On the second floor, there are small inefficient heaters in the bedrooms, which were of no use.
It was incredibly cold in the house all the time, as well as outside.
We moved around the house and slept in outdoor outerwear (jacket/pants).
Several windows in the house were broken and the cold was blowing out of them very strongly.
Secondly, no one has prepared or cleaned up for our arrival here. Everything in the whole house was dirty: bed linen, dishes, floor, plumbing, walls, windows, curtains.
Thirdly: for the whole week, we had a total of 3 days of water in total. The rest of the time there was no water, neither cold nor hot.
Fourthly: neither the declared Internet nor the TV is working in the house.
For all the time, it turned out to connect to the Internet once and the connection lasted literally about an hour.
And in general, Borovoye is very difficult even with mobile Internet.
And there are many more disadvantages here:
-the lighting is poor: a lot of light bulbs are burned out;
- the washing machine is not working;
- the door does not close in any of the three bathrooms (at least the latches would be attached!);
- almost all the furniture in the house is broken, doors with holes, etc.
- mice live in the house, and pigeons live in the attic.
- the toilets are leaking, the toilet seat is broken,
-there are no shower curtains in the bathrooms so that water does not flow to the floor,
-one door is missing in the shower cabin (it stands behind the shower, apparently broken),
- in one bathroom, pieces of plaster fall on your head;
- the neighbor keeps his car in the garage and he has the keys to the garage and the door, and he comes whenever he wants.
And the hostess has one task: to take the money, and then - live as you want. She doesn't reply to messages and doesn't come.
Even on the evening of check-in, she promised to come within 20 minutes to bring guest slippers, but we did not see her again.
Even a man came to pick up the keys during the eviction.
Pros: the large area of the house is perfect for holding an event in a large company. There is a gazebo and a barbecue area in the courtyard.
There is an outdoor surveillance camera at the entrance to the house.

Clean, cozy, a heater in every room. It's cool upstairs, but we weren't freezing. Towels, linen - everything is clean, ironed
