The Palanga Cafe has become one of the favorite places for the family. A small area, a cozy atmosphere and, most importantly, excellent cuisine. The leaders of gastronomic preferences are ribs, beef tartare, eggplant salad and chicken skewer. I would also like to mention the friendly and attentive staff.

A wonderful place to sit and have a delicious meal.
The convenient location of the cafe successfully harmonizes with the opportunity to conveniently park your car. A wide range of lunch menus and a good selection of wine list.
I like the cuisine of this place. The dishes are hearty, large portions, beautiful serving and delicious taste. I can highlight the desserts that are served.
Delicious beer on tap and one glass is not enough to get pleasure from tart alcohol.
The staff is polite, neat and not arrogant.
The place is always clean, and the restrooms are neat. There is a separate area for corporate gatherings and feasts.
The cost for some items is slightly overpriced, but in general this place creates a pleasant impression.
I advise everyone.
If you have problems with the musculoskeletal system, then it will be problematic for you to go up to the second floor. Steps with a sharp rise. This is the only negative.

Food: you won't mind. Lithuanian cuisine. The cook is most likely from the Baltic States. ATTENTION IS A PLACE WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO COOK MEAT AND ZEPPILINS.
My family and friends and I are keen on finding rare (very rare) places in Minsk where they know how to cook meat correctly and deliciously. Do not overdo it, do not kill the taste with unnecessary seasonings or clueless serving. I recommend trying Lithuanian national dishes here! They are 100% tastier here than in Lithuania.
The service is always pleasant, not expensive and appropriate.
This is our regular place for dinner when we're in town.
Book a table on Friday nights and weekends.

It's a cozy place, the staff welcomes us perfectly, smiles and compliments, throughout the evening the waitress came up more than once, asking how we were doing and what else we had to offer, it was nice. The cuisine is not bad, there are nuances, but they did not affect the taste, the price tag is acceptable. You can safely visit. Oh, yes, the brownie was dry, you'd better have a cherry strudel.

It's just an incredible place, I live in Tarasovo myself, at first I thought it wouldn't be very convenient, that the cafe in the village would interfere. Now I visit there all the time, well, the food is very tasty, there is lunch time, the prices are pleasant, the food is fresh. Dairy and meat are farmed. Well-mannered and attentive staff, beautiful interior. It is also one of my top most delicious places in Minsk in terms of price/ quality. I recommend it to everyone

I'm shooting three stars for not being able to sit in the institution itself.
The interior is nice, beautiful even at the front door. Greets the staff and offers a place, the menu is neat, no frills. The prices are very attractive and the dishes in the pictures make the receptors rejoice.
But there is a big nuance, when we sat down at a table and made an order, folk, "table" Russian music began to rumble. Which completely spoils the mood and impression. As it turned out, there was a banquet right behind us, which did not rent the entire room, and came with its own music. After waiting for it to stop quickly, we realized that it would not end, the grandmothers from behind were looking for something in the window behind us, violating our personal space. We decided to leave, the administrator tried in every possible way to smooth over the situation, but it was unbearable.
Two stars only for the administrator's efforts to correct the situation.
We will come again, hoping to taste the food and feel comfortable.

It's amazing! How did I not know about this place before? Nice staff and receptionist, very nice and cozy place! The furniture and tables are not shabby, but as if they had just opened - which also immediately caught my eye. Everything is very tasty and the menu is quite restaurant-like.
The ribs delighted all the guests! As in other things and everything else. The cheesecake is not frozen, but cooked in a cafe, even though nothing was climbing anymore. I looked at the seasonal menu last year and there were very interesting salads. I can't wait for the new season) Thank you

We celebrated our parents' wedding anniversary, ordered a table and cold snacks in advance, when we arrived at the appointed time, everything was already on the table. The service is at the highest level, the waiters are great, the pros. The dishes were delicious, we couldn't even eat everything to the end, so they very kindly packed the food with us. On June 9, a birthday party was celebrated there in a small company. Everything was perfect for me. The place is very cool, a view of a green field with cows and a forest. The interior is in a pleasant Baltic style, the panel with a screen where fish swim is sticky, the tables are close to each other, but I don't know how to whom, but it didn't bother me, considering that the institution itself is small in area. I would also like to note the presence of live music (Alexandra's girlfriend, my respects to you!) I looked at the poster on my Instagram page. The staff is just lovely, we were served by a guy and I was pleasantly surprised how you can do your job perfectly and be unobtrusive and smiling at the same time. You can sing an ode about food, but the menu is small, there is everything and a little bit, but the portions are huge, everything was very tasty and satisfying. Grandma potato made me feel nostalgic about my childhood spent in the village. The waiting time for dishes was small. There are positions for children too. In general, this is a great family institution. I will come there more than once.
