We ordered beef in pepper sauce. The order terminal was not working, everything was done through the cashier. We were second in line, but we waited long enough.
The dish itself is in a small box, it looks nondescript. Inside there are noodles, beef, asparagus beans, carrots, sesame seeds. The taste is generally normal, the sharpness of the black pepper was felt enough. But the meat is tough, it chews hard, and the noodles are all broken into small fragments of a couple of centimeters.
It's not bad for a snack, nothing more. The cost of a serving is 14 BYN. They didn't give me a fiscal check.

The cashier's response killed "oh, sorry, we have a lot of orders, we forgot about you," when they started cooking, they made the wrong dish, they started redoing it again. It seemed that the person who cooks, a teenage girl, doesn't even look 18 years old, and the speed of her work leaves much to be desired. NEVER PLACE AN ORDER HERE!

It's a disgusting place.
I must say right away that we very often buy poke in the Green shopping center, as well as order delivery, but we have never met such horror.
The waiting time was 30 minutes (please note that this is a poke that is made from ready-made ingredients), no one warned us about this waiting time, our order was 4 in line on the screen.
The order was prepared by a lady in street clothes, which is simply unacceptable (photo attached).
It tastes like a nightmare. Some kind of incomprehensible sauce in rice, which had never been on this network before. The fish is also as strange as possible, it doesn't seem to be spoiled, but most likely very low quality.
I also want to note that the employee who took the order was in ordinary clothes; she collected wok in the area near the cash register (filled with sauce and slept with sesame seeds), drank lemonade and ate something with her hands, all this without gloves and did not wash her hands after accepting the order and calculating the money.
The impression is disgusting, insanely sorry for the 20 rubles that were given for this "dish", which turned out to be in the trash.

The worst point in the entire network. Today we visited there as a family. We ordered pickup, but decided to eat at the food court. Essentially. It was prepared on time. A star for that. The woks were slightly warm, doubtful, but ok. I was very hungry, so they took it away. At the exit, some of the ingredients were missing in the wok (cabbage, eggs, beans), the sauce was strange, but this is tolerable, especially if hungry. But they were not ready to find half-cooked meat. And in the poka there was tuna on the verge of rottenness. It doesn't smell and taste edible at all. My husband carried it back, replaced it. The woks were picked and thrown away. Disappointment. Although, to be fair, there was no such thing in other places.

I don't know, maybe some of the products were spoiled, and they pour it all with fat, because fat interrupts all the smells with a bang..The chicken was also like offal, horror. The most interesting thing was that my udon was hot, my husband's beef and noodles were cold, as if someone had ordered it yesterday, but then refused. I made a very big mistake today. Do not read the reviews on Google and made an order online with delivery stupidly finding the point in Google. Yandex delivery was from this branch. I ordered two chicken woks with double chicken. In total, my noodles were overcooked and tasted nasty, the sweet and sour sauce saved. The amount of chicken was barely enough for one wok, imho. My husband did not like his wok from the word at all. We ate them 2-3 hours ago. Why am I writing a review at one o'clock in the morning? Because my husband abruptly ran to the toilet now, and I feel wildly sick.. We didn't eat anything else in the evening. I do not know what the sanitary norms in the institution and the quality of the products are, but I do not advise anyone to order here. I sincerely hope that both will be released soon

Yesterday we ran to the cinema and decided to take 2 pokes with us. And that was the worst decision.Already during the assembly of the poke, I wanted to refuse, the woman collecting the poke took a container with some ingredient and began to sniff, then after a couple of seconds of thinking, she decided to put it anyway.After opening the poke in the cinema, the whole mood turned sour, the rice was missing sour and bricks. After eating one shrimp from poke, it became scary that there would be poisoning at night. Since the shrimp died of natural causes probably a week ago. In some kind of slippery, incomprehensible substance with a taste of something rotten. Of all the poke, it seemed like the freshest cucumber was🤯 even the chuka salad had a rotten taste. I was left hungry and the money was thrown away!
I don't understand why this place still works, I've read the review now and it's every second bad! It's not that it's not tasty to eat here, it's dangerous to eat here, because they put one rotten thing. A friend had the same thing, she also closed it to try one shrimp and rotten sour rice.

It may be worth working with your employees, because the consequences may not be reversible. Plus, it is not so important in this situation, but as a fact, when I asked for a refund, they returned them to me, but not 13.50 as I paid, but 13.10. Not such a lot of money, of course. Cons: The staff and the speed of the return of orders. It's a guard. I made an order and specified the cooking time. "7-10 minutes," the receptionist guy replied to me. As a result, I had to wait 35 minutes. My colleagues have already eaten, but I'm still sitting, still waiting to see where my chicken and rice are. I look at the kitchen, and there is not even a cook there, only the cashier-administrator. The cook had apparently disappeared somewhere.
To my question: "Excuse me, but where is my order?", the guy threw me a "Get ready!". And then he also asked me what kind of order I had. Apparently, he forgot that he was "preparing" there.
And this despite the fact that in 30 minutes while I was waiting for the miracle food, I counted 2 more customers who had been given the order earlier. Why is it so bad, where has the cook gone, why come here? There are no answers.
As a result: no apologies, no discount, no coupon, nothing. I had to take the food with me, because there was no time to "have lunch" anymore, because it was spent waiting, I had to eat it in the office.
Guys, in 35 minutes I'll cook a pot of rice at home, fry the vegetables and bake the chicken. Don't make people laugh and close down if you can't serve customers - there will be less negativity.
