The rooms are clean and cozy. Nice view from the balcony. There are a lot of towels. A large area. A long ecotrope. Nice beach. A great water park. Polite staff. Delicious food. A good gym. There are few people in November, you can relax in silence. Inexpensive billiards and bowling.
Two hours + one hour of saunas are free at the water park.
It seems that everyone counted and came out on time, but still had to pay extra. This system has remained misunderstood.
I recommend going for at least five days. There's a lot to do there. Time flies fast.
The rest are satisfied.
I recommend everyone to visit this sanatorium at every season of the year.

I really liked the sanatorium. The territory is large and very well maintained. There are a lot of trees, shrubs, fir trees that were specially brought and planted. The food is delicious, the dining room is clean, tidy and there is no unpleasant smell. The water park is excellent, the baths are generally of the highest level. The hammam is very hot and with lots of steam, just a great hammam.
The staff is polite and tidy. Only young girls at the reception should be more friendly and faster at work.
The rooms in building 5 are not exactly cool, of course, they did not spoil the overall impression.
The biggest disadvantage is that the double bed consists of two mattresses with a giant gap between them.
In general, of course, I have very good impressions about this sanatorium. I want to go back.

The sanatorium is located in a picturesque place: coniferous forest, clear lake, so amazingly fresh air is provided!
A huge territory with lots of plants, a playground, a stadium, an indoor tennis court and a store with everything you need.
The food is delicious and healthy with the possibility to choose the daily diet according to the menu.
There is a spacious, clean water park with slides, a swimming pool, a sauna block, a bar, a disco, a winter garden, a gym, billiards and bowling.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and cleaning is carried out daily.
And, most importantly, the procedures! After them, everyone is guaranteed to get the desired effect! And the qualified, attentive staff of the sanatorium will help you enjoy every day spent in this beautiful place.
Be sure that at the time of visiting Ozernoye you will forget about all the problems.

A wonderful sanatorium. Of course, part of the room stock was built a long time ago and is already "tired", but it is maintained in good condition. Newer buildings are generally fine. You can choose accommodation in a wide price range. The location is great, on the shore of the lake, in the center. Very well maintained territory and terrancourt. It's a great place. We had a family of four vacation for three days, we liked everything! All days are scheduled by the hour, the rest turned out to be intense: every day there is a gym, oxygen cocktail, halotherapy, beautiful nature, excellent nutrition and the cherry on the cake is the water park. The water park is great, the slides are comfortable, the children aged 9 and 11 rode all three days, and the adults were also interested. At first, we thought that the trip was very expensive, but now I can say that this vacation was worth the money. And as a tip, you can visit the chapel, which is located almost on the territory of the sanatorium, very neat and beautiful.

We have been to the sanatorium twice together with my husband and twice already with the child, and we are going to come again! A wonderful sanatorium for both adults and children. There are many children's slides, climbing walls, trampolines, and organized events. We always stay in the 6th building, there is also a children's room. The food is customized, varied, and everything is delicious! The package includes a lot of procedures for both adults and children, all of them were a pleasure. Especially gorgeous, of course, is the water park and sauna area! I really like that the sanatorium does not look like an ordinary hospital, it is a long, multi-storey building... The territory and architecture are excellent, you go and admire! Every day we went to the lake, rode catamarans, rented bicycles and scooters. There is also a store on site, which was very useful to us, because once I forgot my swimsuit) Grodno is also nearby, where we went to the zoo from the sanatorium with the child. We did not notice any disadvantages in the sanatorium for ourselves, for a long time it has become our family and we are looking forward to the next trip!

This was our first time here. A feeling of delight from the first minutes of your stay. Early check-in, courteous staff, a huge beautiful territory, in the forest, outside the territory- near Lake Beloe, where 2 swans swim, ducks come out to land to people, even a fox comes to eat))) There is a terrancourt where you can walk, ride bicycles, and scooters. And what a kitchen!!!! Respect to the chefs! A variety of dishes, very tasty! The waiters are polite, they see everyone who comes out, you don't have to wait. The rooms are clean and cozy. A variety of procedures. A large aqua zone, a wide range of entertainment for children and adults, more sports. On the downside, the rooms were very cold on the first 2 days of arrival, but then the heating was turned on.
There is no infrastructure in the area, 3 kilometers from the sanatorium pos Ozery, where there are shops. There are also few excursions, due to the remoteness. But Grodno is not far away, there is a lot to see and there are good shopping centers.
I think we will come here again, but with our children and grandchildren). This is the place you want to go back to!

We visited the Ozerny sanatorium for the first time in December 2024, a weekend tour. A very cool sanatorium, a large territory, many coniferous trees, an aquapark, a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a bowling alley and much more for your soul, playgrounds for children, an outdoor, indoor tennis court, an ice rink. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly. Two days is not enough, there will be a soup for 7-10 days. We had a great rest. I RECOMMEND this sanatorium!!!

I had a rest with my family from 28.04 to 4.05.25.
It was the first time we had a rest in this format (treatment and rest). Overall, I liked everything, but there are points that I would like to improve!

-you will be allowed in at any time of the day or night, but the reception is open only during the day. Accordingly, in the morning, a crowd of 30 people. I was warned at night that I should get up early in the morning and take a queue. I woke up around 8 a.m. and came in around 9:20 a.m. and stayed for about another twenty hours. Question: what is the problem of putting an administrator on duty? And not create a crowd in the morning?!
Procedures.
- treatment rooms are closed on holidays and weekends. That is, it is necessary to take into account not only holidays in Russia (they also honor them) But so are they. Question: I arrived and paid a lot of money... For some reason, the canteen is open seven days a week and on holidays too. What's the problem with doing the procedure as well?! Let the employees work shifts and earn money, otherwise it turns out that they whine that they are paid pennies, but all holidays and weekends are sacred! DEAR Director of Ozerny Agricultural Complex! I did not come to rest on your holidays and weekends. I came to improve my health. I have paid the money and please work off the money on 7/7.
Food/drinks.
- there's some tension in the tea room. It is served twice a day, both black and already diluted. Compote for lunch. The rest of the time, drink coffee, at least enjoy it.
Coffee drinks give me blood pressure. Kids don't drink coffee in the morning either. They don't drink it at all. Children are allergic to milk/kefir... Riding on the same water?! Not much fun. We went to the village to buy juice for the children. I don't really want to drink black tea either. What's the problem packaged with different flavors?! There is no green tea either!
- macaroni, buckwheat - add gravy. It turns out dry without it or serve separately.
- Broth. The simplest and most excellent dish. He's not there at all! Is it difficult to cook?! Borscht, cabbage soup - they are delicious, but you also want broth. With chicken or dumplings... It doesn't matter.
Leisure.
- in the evening after dinner for small children and slightly older ones, invite animators, even if not every day, but every other day it is possible.
- I would like to have more diverse and safer playgrounds. I got tired of getting splinters on the ship. You can either blow it off like a human being or replace it with a more modern one. It's boring for kids to ride on swings.
- there is no children's menu in the bar. On a milk cocktail for 7 days. It's already sickening.
Swimming pool.
Requires special attention and action!
- if you want to go into the men's locker room, then when you open the door from behind, those walking will see all the advantages of those who change clothes there. You have to be humanly responsible for the town!
- the toilet. Explain to me, comrade director, how can I put a child on the toilet at the age of three, and even easier for him to pee?! It's either shitting in the pool, what they heard, or I do not know... Make a special, removable pad for the children under their fifth point.
- the tiles around the pool are slippery. It is completely misused. In the bathroom at home, please, but not here! Rubber mats do not save. Children and adults slide.
- baths. I guess I was so lucky. There was only one hammam. The rest was empty...
Something else.
- MAKE SEPARATE PLACES FOR SMOKERS. AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. THERE WILL BE A PERFECT PLACE NEAR THE TRASH! Otherwise, you come out of the copus, and then they just sit and smoke... Why should I and my children breathe this?! I had to chase them...
- make a national lunch or dinner (draniki) in the dining room once a week. It's not difficult, is it?! And the guest will be very pleased to get to know this.

Among the disadvantages are ugly rooms with old furniture, poor textiles, and apparently suites are shown in the stories. The 6th building is cheap and not cozy. Although the halls are beautifully decorated, there are expensive leather sofas. We met NG here. The tables are set in a delicious and varied way, but there are no basic paper napkins or toothpicks. This is the first time I have written a negative review about our favorite sanatorium in the past. We traveled with the whole family many times, starting in 2013. Everything was always fine, small rough edges.
Now it is no longer our favorite sanatorium! The food is just disgusting. Yes, as I read in the comments, the portions are large, but how to eat them?! They're inedible, especially meat, it can't even be cut with a knife, breakfasts are just awful, bulgur is overdried, buckwheat and rice are overdried, they can't even cook a side dish. There is no children's menu, porridge with some kind of black sausage. It is impossible to choose anything edible for breakfast. The children simply refused to go to this cafeteria. Coffee often ran out before breakfast was over, butter too, bread and a loaf of such poor quality, just besieged Leningrad! Besides all this, it's terribly cold in the dining room, the food is cold, it's impossible to eat.
It's cold in the locker room at the water park and the pool water is not as warm as it always was in our last races.
The sanatorium has its own boiler room and for the money that people pay, it was possible to heat the ice rooms minimally. Yes, it's May outside, but the weather is January.
Regarding the procedures: the girls in room 209 are very impolite, always unhappy, and have a negative attitude towards children. We had a rest from May 12 to May 22, so we can find out exactly who these workers are.
About the number: The so-called suite in building 7: dirty curtains, an uncomfortable bed with a crooked mattress, pillows - these are just rocks! My neck got stuck and I had to go to the doctor for a prescription, because I couldn't turn my neck from sleeping on these mountain pillows.
In foka, office 23, bath 8, there is such a sewer stench, the feeling that you are being bathed in urine. Is it really impossible to close this tub, fix it? Does the procedure cost 25 rubles to sniff urine?
Children's room: a terribly inconvenient schedule when children have a quiet hour, they work, and even lunch for as much as an hour, apparently the teacher is overworking from doing nothing))) The toys are old, the construction kits are worn out, the trampoline and the children's slide are battered. On the playground on the shore, a child was bitten by a tick, which was immediately noticed, but the question for the administration is why can't the playground be treated from ticks?!
The pier is generally rotten and falling apart, you can fall into the water.
We definitely won't be coming here anymore. For such money, such a poor service!

Cons- the cost for Russians is the price of a decent hotel in Turkey along with the flight, plastic spoons in the dining room, tea without taste and smell in metal kettles, there is no own baking. The absence of lemon or jam, or any other dessert. At zero temperature, there was no heating during the entire week that we were there (end of April). They do not spare bleach in the bathrooms, the window cannot be opened because of the cold. They didn't take the treatment, I can't comment. Hygiene is not observed in the baths, everyone is without towels, and they also scrub their skin in the hammam. Some people probably don't care, but Europe is nearby, where they will immediately kick you out if you come to the sauna without a towel or didn't take a shower before jumping into the font, but it is with bleach.
