Excellent location, everything you need for a short or long stay, adequate owners/managers, a good swimming pool and gym. Clean, cozy, there is a guard at the entrance and Parking, near 7/11

The location is good, but the condo is poorly built, the walls are thin, and there are echoes in the corridors. 12/22/2024 construction is in the initial stage under the house.
