I don't think they plan to work here anymore!!!!The ordered items were needed today!!!!! Yesterday, April 22, 2025, I got sick again at 6:35 p.m. It's already becoming a rule -as soon as there's an influx of people after work, everything is a no-brainer! And we would work on the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the point. Better yet, close the dot and don't disgrace the name "Ozone"! Prepare a book of complaints today, and try not to give it at the first request of the client - hello, showdown with the police! The coolest thing about the lack of fire safety. The guy is clearly immortal. There is an extension cord on the bedside table, with chargers plugged in, wires, sockets. And underneath it all are documents, invoices, etc. and all this together...
"YOUR ORDER IS LOST" if you want to hear these words REPEATEDLY! - then order in this PVZ.
Okay, once people made a mistake! But I was standing in a queue of the same. Someone received a refund incorrectly, someone lost a parcel. Everything is lying under my feet. Mud. Empathy from employees is zero, customer service is zero.
And by the way, it's very often closed there, like for a technical 15-minute break. It is not always possible to enter for a parcel the first time, arriving during opening hours.
The worst PVZ I've ever visited. Not only is the PVZ itself small, but there is some kind of chaos in the room: parcels are lying underfoot, lying unattended in the client's area while the employee goes to an improvised warehouse. The employees themselves are incompetent: the product was lost at the PVZ, but the customer is to blame, the best they can offer is to come tomorrow. Sorry for the wasted time.
They work as they want, they come and leave work when they want, the point is not open and the break announcements are hanging, the working day starts at 9:00 and they arrive at 11:00, even the drivers who bring the goods try to contact them and they do not respond, the drivers leave the goods and leave! It's filthy to work like this, there are so many complaints and the result is zero. Why open a point if you can't keep it under control!

While it was visible that the girl was sitting on the phone and recording a video. Another girl saw that there were people standing and did not react to it in any way. It turned out that their program was stuck and they didn't even report it and no one was able to pick up the order.
