I have always believed that Ozone takes care of the client and the interests of the client are put at the forefront. Alas, not at this pick-up point. Firstly, the warehouse could not immediately send a specialist to a specific person who would issue a TV. I waited for 10 minutes. Well, then I was generally offered to drag a HUGE TV weighing more than 60 kg from the warehouse myself. I asked the employee several times, how does she imagine it? He asked to allocate a person and help with the loading. The answer was discouraging: WE CAN'T LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE! Do it yourself. After persuasion, I was given a cart on which I took the TV to the car. And then the employees stood on the sidelines (!) watching as one person unsuccessfully tries to shove a huge box into the trunk of a car. At the same time, actively commenting on what he saw ("nothing will work out for him", "it won't fit", "what was he thinking at all?" and so on.). To hear and see such a reaction and "abyakavast" was very unpleasant. Considering that I drove 50 km and paid for this product in full. And this, I note, is a very expensive thing (173 thousand Russian rubles). Therefore, I would like understanding and sensitivity to pay more attention to the client.
Why was it impossible to provide an option for the delivery of oversized goods to the house or HTP? Let it be for an additional fee, ok! But there is no such possibility! The client is simply diagnosed with cancer..They mockingly make inappropriate comments about him.
Fortunately, Belarusians are responsive people and the minibus driver, seeing my futile attempts, helped me with loading and delivering the TV. When the staff of the OZONE warehouse just stood and laughed on the sidelines.
I answer in one word-horror. The darkness and horror of a movie scoop. You can only get in on a whim. When you get to the territory, you park the car, go to the guard, then to the control room and see the miracle picture "PVZ is there, and you are here." The level of the person who drew is about the 5th grade, because "PVZ" is located at the bottom, and "YOU" is located at the top, it tries to break any normal person's brain, about like the SOUTH at the top of the world map... There are rules for drawing diagrams and drawings and they must be followed. By the way, the fact that no one is trying to replace this masterpiece says a lot and sadly about the overall level of employees and their managers. For some reason, in the queue for the goods, everyone laughs sadly at the quest to find the gate and the "map" to it. ok. We found a ramp with the inscription "OZONE". Nothing is explained at the entrance, there are no instructions. You need to squeeze through a narrow passage into the warehouse. Junk and baskets of goods roll by. Level 0 safety! No zones have been allocated for people and technological transport. There is no waiting place. The passage is cluttered. The algorithm for receiving the goods is found out only by interviewing everyone passing by... The order was delivered on a roll. Fireplace stove, 85 kg. They rolled out onto the ramp-that's it. The service is over. Climbing backwards with a trailer onto a steep ramp from a turn is a non-trivial task. To remove it at the meter level and put it down, as suggested by an employee (fabulous ...), is impossible for an ordinary person. I asked to roll down to the trailer-I am forbidden, I will be fined. To help load-there are no movers. So I'm not too lazy to go again, but let the manager of this PVZ show the procedure for loading heavy loads by his own example. So I took a friend, and if I'm alone? Who warns that "we are not in business-we will roll out to the top and ... whatever you want"? In short, it would be very funny if it wasn't so sad. I can't remember the last time I've encountered such a level of indifference to a client, my business, and a complete lack of self-respect. If there are such employees, then the management is exactly the same. Only a first-class manager selects first-class staff...
They gave my order (dishwasher) to another person, because THE LAST TWO DIGITS MATCHED. The product was on the stock. When the money is returned, the product will be much more expensive. No one began to understand this, referring to the fact that "IT HAPPENS." The manager, of course, as it usually happens, was not in place. Only incompetents work, who walk in a bunch after each other and no one can say anything, no matter who you ask - everyone, imagine, THE FIRST DAY THEY GOT A JOB. It's just a circus.
Total disregard for the client and the terms of the contract. The very essence of this company's work is to violate the terms of the contract, if they did not violate anything, then they did not work well. You will almost never receive self-directed delivery, and you will not be able to contact a living person in any way and clarify where your product is for which you have already paid the full price, since only communication with a bot is provided for customers.
The service is at the lowest level. Picking up an order is quite a quest. You need to go look for a person to give you an order. And they have only one. They 're also rude . Referring to the fact that they don 't have enough workers . the order is damaged, although there was a marking that the thing is fragile. We regret that we did not check the order on the spot as we were in a hurry. but after standing under the warehouse doors for more than an hour and a half , there was no desire to stay there .
The top location, the delivery order was delivered very quickly, the specialist helped with loading into the car. And there you can (but not necessarily) maneuver along the ramp and almost park inside the truck :)
They spoil the goods that come to them.. they complete the boxes by throwing everything into a pile, both fragile and heavy. We need to take down the blog.. how underdeveloped ozone is.! They exploit people, drivers who have nothing to do with the warehouse, and force them to run around the warehouse and look for where the goods are buried.. It's not clear who they're holding the people who work for them.. (Serfs)
As for me, this marketplace is not very good, the delivery time is constantly postponed, it was never possible to receive the goods on time. I think the 3 rating is deserved only because some products are cheaper than in other stores.
Everything is clear even for the first time. The place is designed to be visited by car. The road layout is easy to understand. There is enough parking space. They were served quickly.

There is no organization in the warehouse. They have been unable to find a 16 kg box for 4 days, which they have "somewhere".
Transfer of "air" to couriers: according to the program, the goods were transferred to the courier, but in fact "not found" in the warehouse, which is why after lunch the auto rescheduling of delivery to the next day turns on.
A very bad impression. There is no organization in the work, the unloading is long, there are no conditions for the driver. They have something to strive for.
I was on a business trip from Russia. The condition of the warehouse shocked me and the team. There is an absolute lack of logistics in the warehouse, senior positions do not do their job, ordinary warehouse operators do not even understand the purpose of the operations performed, let alone other operations - a complete misunderstanding. During the 2 weeks we spent there, we tried to put the warehouse in order. In my humble opinion, the work has been done just a lot, but we haven't finished everything yet when we left. I hope the warehouse has improved after our visit.
There are a lot of young people working. Under the guidance of experienced craftsmen. A very pleasant team. There is a prospect of 100% growth. Good working conditions. Not a small salary.
The point of receipt of goods from entrepreneurs selling their goods on ozone. The area is huge, Everything! Everything seems to be organized reasonably, but there was one receiver out of 3 workplaces at the reception and the queue gathered accordingly, so take into account such delays.
A solid organization. They work around the clock, but they only accept documents until 18:00.

The delivery time is constantly being extended, they do not want to make a refund because the goods are "on the way". It is not known how much longer he will be on the road!!!
