We were here in November 2024, we were satisfied!
The hotel is clean, cozy, the territory is not large, well maintained! The location is super, and the beaches are nearby, and there are shops, and restaurants, and the Kata night market! The staff is polite, friendly, ready to solve any questions!
We ate only breakfast at the hotel, there is a choice! This is not an all-inclusive tour, you mean! The children are happy, there is porridge, jam, honey, donuts, granola and much more! There are a couple of small pools and a slide for children, again I say, this is not Turkey!
The room is clean, cleaning every day, 3 bottles of water are placed daily in the glass in the room during cleaning!
We are happy with the rest, thank you for your hospitality!

Good afternoon, we have been to this hotel twice, 2020,2023, with children. Excellent hotel, excellent location in all plans, from the beach to cafes, restaurants and a night bazaar. The territory is small, probably not, there are two buildings with different categories of rooms, there were both there and there, but those rooms with a balcony and two-room rooms are better, please specify when booking, there is a relaxation area with Internet access, apple technology, billiards. A small gym. If there is a room in the waiting area, there is a shower. The cuisine is excellent, we took half board, there is always a restaurant serving, super cocktails, there are happy hours when they are also discounted. The breakfasts are decent, there is everything, but for example, in Centara resort Karon, the breakfasts in 2025 are even better. I definitely recommend the hotel, but this year it was at a high price for our family of 2+2 with 700 thousand for breakfast, so they refused the reservation, yes, it's good, but it's not worth one hundred percent of the money. They keep things clean and there are activities like children's picnics, the staff is excellent, the rooms are modern and clean.

The hotel is small, but clean and conveniently located. Exchangers, a market, motorcycle rental and the sea are nearby. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach itself. We passed through the gate in the courtyard. The territory is well maintained, but some kind of incomprehensible channel with dirty water runs through the hotel. It was dried inside the territory, but every time it was passed when we went to the sea.
The food is delicious enough, but they don't know how to cook porridge)
We had a room without a balcony, the windows wouldn't open. The clothes dried for a long time, we turned on the air conditioner to "Dry" mode.

Probably the worst service of all my travels. The food is OK. The room is modern, but very small, a closet in the bathroom (already written), a very small balcony. The location is 5 stars. Let's go back to the service:
1. The pool is open from 7, towels are provided from 9. At the reception, at first they gave out towels until 9, but at some point they just started yelling at us so that we didn't even go and didn't ask for towels.
2. We didn't take the clothes dryer at first, but after a couple of days we asked. The phone conversations were successful. They brought us... a suitcase stand. I had to go and sort it out at the reception. As a result, they say, "there are no dryers." Rush. At the same time, I see empty rooms and dryers on the balconies. After repeating “why” and “I'm so angry”, they promised that they would come up with something. The next day they brought an old dryer, probably straight from the trash
3. There are 2 people and 1 chair in the room. I asked for the 2nd chair. Well, like "chair" is pretty obvious. They brought us a high chair for the bathroom
In general, they didn't like us, although initially everything was very nice. Either we were stupid and didn't leave tea for them (then the guide told us that Thais smile only for money). The impression is ruined forever. In this hotel, despite its advantages, not a foot because of the service

This is our third hotel in Phuket. And he's one of the best. Service for 5+. We were in August of the 24th year. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., and check-in at 3 p.m. The child fell asleep right on the couch, I got ready to wait. But after 20 minutes we were given the keys and we were safely resting. When I was choosing a room, I did not notice that there are rooms without a balcony. We paid for it. They asked for a change, everything was processed, recalculated and settled in a couple of days in the first vacated one (the hotel is packed out of season). Check-out is at 12, my son has a fever and waiting 3 hours in the lobby would be torture. We were immediately given a key and ushered into a new room. I've been on vacation a lot, but being so customer-oriented is becoming rarer.
The hotel itself is small, clean, cozy, the pools are good, the children's pool is gorgeous. The breakfasts are standard, we have never been hungry in two weeks. The river "stinky" flows on the territory of the hotel - after the rain, water flows along it to the sea. It doesn't stink, and nothing accumulates there in dry weather.
The most exciting thing is the road to the beach. The hotel has a rear gate (for guests only) facing it. 3 minutes and you're there.
Restaurants, cafes, a million nearby (two with excellent Russian cuisine), a night market across the street.
And there was also a wonderful young man at the reception, David, who was very helpful with all the questions about the hotel and beyond. The golden man!

I read the reviews and decided to leave my own too. I'll make a reservation that I was in Thailand at Hilton's (now Pullman) on Karon Beach and at the Karona resort&spa hotel.
So, OZO (unpack good vibes), we took a deluxe room in the second building on the 3rd floor for two. I specifically chose the hotel in the thick of the action. What we have: in front of the hotel, one of the most profitable exchangers, 7eleven, Kata night market, Kata walking street, Burger King, The coffee company, Italian restaurant Prego, Wine connection, Mun Praos, and all the local massages, restiki, shabilki, in general, everything your heart desires.
The territory of the hotel is not huge but also not small, there is a clearing, three pools, a water slide, a beach towel dispenser, a billiard room and a gym in the first building. A very convenient gate to the sea (although we often caught the evil glances of our compatriots who had to bypass the hotel on the way), a foot wash at the entrance and a toilet at the gate (running from the beach is the best thing).
We only visited the hotel during breakfast and that's it, the day is Kata beach, by the way, there are sun beds with a soft mattress and an umbrella (100 baht sunbed) all over the beach, the beach is divided into zones between Thai families, luck accompanied us and we immediately got to a very good family with the most delicious mango smoothies and coconuts.
When you leave the reception in the evening, you literally get into the evening life on Katya, but what happens in Tae remains in Tae.
Night. The windows in the room are panoramic and close to the road, but the drifters and tuk-tuks with pumping glass are practically inaudible and did not interfere with our sleep, that is, the double-glazed windows dampened the noise very well.
The rooms are cleaned daily, do not forget to leave a small tip and everything will be almost clean. Don't expect perfect cleanliness, even at the Hilton there was no such thing. But there will definitely be a made-up bed and clean towels.
Breakfasts: fried omelet with fillers on request, Thai soup on request directly in the restaurant, fruits, vegetables, meat, curry, sweets, children's menu, in general, there is a lot of both European and Thai cuisine.
In general, I really liked the hotel, just below the Hilton level, but I left a great impression, we will be happy to return again.

We had a vacation in OZO in April 2024. I liked everything very much. A modern hotel. Good location, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The main advantage is the proximity to Kata beach. Compact well-maintained territory. Good breakfasts. Cleaning of rooms on the level. At first, I strained the channel for water drainage on the territory of the hotel, but then it was cleaned and we got used to it and did not notice it in the future. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday.

I really liked it. Comfortable spacious rooms, a large enough bed with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Neat and good cleaning. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me in solving a personal issue that does not concern recreation. Good breakfasts, maybe not a very large assortment, but for every taste. If desired, you can have lunch and dinner. We only took breakfast. Well-groomed small area, very green. Three pools, small, two of them are frogs for kids with slides and other things for games. The gate from the hotel opens onto Kata beach-2-3 min. walking. There are toilets, showers and a foot wash nearby. Karon Beach is about 15 minutes from the hotel. Our room had windows facing the street, but it was very quiet, there was no street noise. The only disadvantage of our room is the lack of a balcony, so the problem with drying swimsuits and wet clothes (it was the rainy season). There were rooms with balconies, even on the ground floor with a very cozy sitting area on the grass. The hotel is for family holidays, including those with small children.

The fashionable hotel is beautiful only in the picture. You won't be able to relax here. The children have been running around since the morning, the cleaners come in to clean at 8!!! Morning! Everything in the hotel is child-oriented and it kills, there is no way to retire with thoughts and relax your head. Permanent or. The breakfasts are poor and not tasty, for the first time in the entire travel experience there was practically nothing to eat. Terribly half-baked croissants, and there's just no coffee in the coffee machine, it's a mess. Rooms with sea view? Well, somewhere a piece between the branches (in the photo). Noise insulation? No, we could tell who went to the toilet and when, everything in the room could be heard flushing. There is an acute shortage of storage space, the wardrobe is in the toilet, the sockets are dead, the balcony is uncomfortable, there is no furniture for gatherings. And now about the restrictions, you can't smoke anywhere because children. But the ban on taking food with you to the pool is absurd. Why should I buy your terrible level of smoothies at three times the price if they are made 15 meters away for 50 baht? And the funny thing is that these restrictions apparently do not apply to drunken Russian cattle, who allowed themselves to yell at the entire hotel by the pool. I doubt they drank Coke. As a result, the hotel only slept and quickly went to have breakfast at the nearest coffee shop or swim on the beach.

Great hotel.
We come with children, not very young, for the second time.
The superior room, although not huge, fits everything you need, a huge bed plus an additional place where an adult can sleep, of course, if he is not 2 meters tall, and a child.

They write that they are not particularly diverse, but you will not please everyone.
Fruits, Asian, European cuisine..There are many options for children from sweets and donuts, to porridge and pasta.
The area is green, clean, snails and frogs.
The pools are shallow, with warm water, and the youngest and second teenage son swim with pleasure.
Hydro massage in the large pool is popular.
Lunches and dinners are always possible, but we only had dinner occasionally.
There is a market opposite the hotel, where you can have a great lunch for a little money, right there, or take it with you.
The beach is large, clean, exit directly from the hotel, after which you can immediately rinse your feet and get into the shower on site, wash off the sand to the room.
The staff speaks both English and Russian, a little.
They are responsive, friendly, and always ready to resolve issues in favor of the client.
I highly recommend it to those who travel with children, there are a lot of children in the hotel, but not too noisy, a pleasant stay with comfort and tranquility.

We checked in on January 10, 2025, rented two adjacent deluxe rooms with balconies. We chose a hotel based on prices comparable to such as Pullman, Le Meridian, Paradox and the like.
What we saw when we arrived and checked in surprised us somewhat, even offended us, and we immediately got the impression that this was some kind of wiring, and there couldn't be a hotel of this level for this price. The rooms cost about 12,500 Baht and were booked in November 2024. When we checked in, the prices were already closer to 15,000 Baht per night per room.
Everything is beautiful in the photo, in fact, the beauty is only in these photos. The hotel is very small. In the middle, through the entire hotel, there is a sewage ditch with a characteristic smell. The rooms are also small, and the view from the rooms is either onto a noisy street or onto a garden with a ditch.
Three-course breakfasts are a small choice, there's a problem with baking, I didn't like anything. The selection of fruits is also scarce.
There is no sound insulation in the rooms, in the evening there is music, hubbub, screaming children everywhere day and night, drunken scandals of guests can also be heard at night, showdowns in the corridors on the floors and in the rooms. The endless flushing of toilets at night is annoying, from all around the rooms, from above, from below, from the sides. The closet is located in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. Balconies are only suitable for drying clothes, and probably for smokers. You can put one chair on the balcony by dragging it out of the room, nothing else will fit there, the size is less than two squares. The sockets in the rooms are gouged out, the chargers are falling out.
Parking at the hotel for guests' cars is good, spacious, there are enough places, there are even places under a canopy.
In the evening, after 21 hours, there are a lot of people drinking on the hotel grounds, drinks are clearly heavy and non-stop, while constant mats are heard in conversations (most of the vacationers are Russians).
The exit to the beach is conveniently located, it takes 5 minutes to walk from the gate to the beach at a quiet pace.
In general, the hotel is obviously cheap, only in the season the prices are turned up so brazenly that it is confusing, forcing you to think that the hotel corresponds to 4+.

In Thailand for the 4th time, in Phuket for the 3rd time. In turn, the beaches of Patong, Karon, now Kata, Ozo Hotel. So far, this is the best hotel and beach of all! The sea is nearby, the territory is large, green, several pools with slides - it is very convenient with a child! The rooms are comfortable (we have a junior suite), clean, cleaned regularly and efficiently. Breakfast is a buffet, varied, everyone will find something to eat! Wi-fi is great, it catches throughout the hotel and even far around! And next to the hotel there is food, a market, and shops, you don't have to go far. In general, we are satisfied, there is nothing to complain about. We will come back with pleasure!

In general, it is almost a Russian hotel.
The rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning is good. Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausages, lots of Chinese packaged soups, pad thai, yoghurts, juices. Doughnuts, I think waffles. (I didn't eat pastries), there are very few fruits for Ty and a hotel of this level. As a result, we went to breakfast only two times out of 10.
There is a street market across the street, there is a lot of lunch there, you can eat inexpensively.

We lived in Ozo for two weeks, then moved to Kata Noi beach. I liked the sea and the beach there more, there are almost always small waves, it's more fun.
Sun beds 200-300 baht per pair. But if you leave and don't speak English, it will be handed over in most cases, to others if you don't come for more than 4 hours like.
There are more foreigners here, from all over the world. There are few Russians. Most of them are in Kata.
There are also cafes and a small night market.
I forgot, Ozo restaurant is really expensive. And alcohol is expensive.

A good hotel for families with children!
Everything is nearby! 7/11 there are literally 10 steps across the street. Three pools, aqua slides. The children have a place to frolic. The breakfasts are monotonous, you will not stay hungry.
The staff is helpful, the atmosphere is good. Kata beach is 150 meters away, very convenient!
The room was taken to the courtyard, quietly calm.
Room cleaning every day, do not forget to turn on the "cleaning" button.

I am very disappointed that this hotel is closed to me, I will dissuade everyone for spoiled plans and a bad mood of my wife.
The hotel is good, of course, but it is overrated for this money.
Keep in mind that if you have saved up money for OZO, then also look out for several more hotels in parallel, so that later you do not have to rent 3 stars because of this.

An excellent hotel for a family holiday, a variety of breakfasts, menus (and even dishes) for children, the hotel is new, no insects, swimming pools (including a children's slide and entertainment), friendly staff and most importantly-2 minutes to the sea, a beach with fine sand. Sunbed- 100 baht, Thai massage 1 hour -300 baht, lunch at the restaurant - 200-300 baht, in the cafe you can eat for 100, near the night market with food. I recommend taking cosmetics from a pharmacy on the street perpendicular to the hotel street (exit the hotel and turn right, the first intersection to the right), prices are 2-3 times lower, there is also a small market with clothes, on the street where the hotel stands everything is expensive.

Great hotel. Responsive staff with knowledge of English. At the reception, all questions are solved at once. Unobtrusive service with room cleaning on request (at least twice a day). Excellent restaurants with excellent cuisine and a huge variety of dishes. Kata Beach is a five-minute walk away (and it really is). Pools, billiards, sports areas, etc. The parking attendant blocks traffic on the road so that hotel guests, even with the most intense traffic on the road, can easily cross the road from the hotel to the other side, if necessary. There is always water, tea and coffee in the rooms...Everything is snow-white and clean. Balconies, Russian channels (first and RTR). You can't list everything. Time flies by unnoticed. Kata Yai beach has one feature - the ClubMed hotel is located along the entire length of the first line, which has to be bypassed, so OZO with its exit to the north of the beach is the only hotel from which it is convenient to walk to the beach.
The staff is friendly, everyone is very polite and attentive, you need to know English to communicate, they mostly know hello well in Russian.
The rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel itself is new (2019), I especially liked that the neighbors are practically inaudible - good sound insulation.
THE superior ROOMS DO NOT HAVE A BALCONY AND THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, take into account when choosing. We had a room with access to the street (sometimes a little noisy in the evenings). To get to your floor, you need a room key card in the elevator - outsiders from the street will not enter.

I chose a new hotel to be close to the sea. We chose the lake on the beach of Kata 4*. I really liked the hotel, cleanliness everywhere, fresh, modern renovation and furniture. They clean every day, the linen is crisp and snow-white. Breakfast is varied: porridge, rice, side dishes, boiled and fried eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, vegetables and fruits, muesli. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. Gorgeous, I recommend it.

Nice hotel. It's about an hour's drive from the airport. Very conveniently located, very close to Kata beach, 10-15 minutes walk to Karon beach. Opposite shops, restaurants. The hotel is new, the room stock is fresh, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We had 2 combined rooms. Cleaning is regular. The breakfasts are good. 3 pools: for the smallest, with a slide and a large one. A sunbed by the pool can always be found. We had a great rest.

I read reviews , they write everything is fine , do not believe it . The hotel is only for children , the area is small , noisy. There are no animations. On-site pools are clueless. 2 small ones and another one where the same children swim . The rooms are small, even if there is a balcony, there is no dryer, chairs, or table to sit on. There is only one chair and a stupid couch in the room. The breakfasts are good and that's it. The staff is good-natured. And that's where it ends.

We took this hotel because the beach is 3-5 minutes away!We had a family vacation with a 7-year-old child.I liked the hotel!There is a children's pool and for adults, the territory is not very large, but everything is cozy, comfortable!The breakfasts are normal, there is everything you need!There are shops and a market across the street from the hotel, the location of the hotel is very convenient!The staff is friendly!

Of the disadvantages that we noted for ourselves, it was only that our rooms did not have a normal closet where it would be convenient to store things.
There was a rectangular ottoman in the room and a closet in the toilet, in my opinion a controversial decision. Our room was without a balcony in the building, the windows of which overlook the street.
Well, again, for a family with three children, we took two essentially identical rooms connected by a door, maybe of course there are other layouts in the hotel.
They did not swim in the pools, they were afraid of viruses, but there were a lot of people and children.
In general, if you go to Kata beach again, I would probably choose this hotel again.
