Great hotel, not big but cozy rooms.
Good breakfasts that start at 07:00 and end at 10:00, but even by the end of tomorrow there were enough dishes, the assortment is large.
Great location everything you need (shops, cafes, entertainment) is within walking distance.
The hotel staff is polite and helpful.
Well, the most important thing for me personally is a beautiful beach!

A wonderful breakfast buffet, a variety of dishes. The beach is nearby, gentle, it takes a long time to go to the depth, but the water is clean, warm, the bottom is sandy. There are shops, cafes, massage parlors, a pharmacy near the hotel, and a large shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. A wonderful vacation.

A great hotel, like the entire ozo network. But still the level is lower than in Pattaya, for example. The gym is very small, nothing at all, the two of us will already be cramped, just for show. The staff is no longer so friendly, apparently all this is influenced by the remoteness from Pattaya and Bangkok. But like all hotels, ozo is located in one of the best locations, it allows you not to waste time looking for something else on the island, everything is at hand and foot))). In general, it still deserves 4 stars, as much as the rating.

Let 's start with the fact that they meet with a cocktail . Reception is open swing chairs cocoons. All the uniformed staff are very clean around. Everyone takes care of the greenery and cuts it . The room - for us it was the most inconvenient closet in the shower - in the bathroom, so to speak. The room is very small, the balcony is super small, the suitcases - we had three of them. There is nowhere to put it . The bed is comfortable, the pillows are cool. Cleaning is good every day. The breakfast is very good, but in two weeks it has periodically changed not for the better. For example, we ran out of croissants in the middle of breakfast and hid nutella)) my child did not eat either , it was just surprised that nutella was hidden at the table where the omelette was being prepared , and after some indignation I saw how the children stood with their hand outstretched and were given portions. In general, it was strange to watch . The beach is nice. Sun beds specifically on the beach are not comfortable at all. But you can lie down higher under the tree .There are other sun beds there . The main disadvantage of the hotel is the audibility. At three in the morning, a vase flew from the balcony on the second floor and the young people who return from the clubs around 3.00 run through the camp shouting and sometimes continue the party. It feels like it 's all happening in your room . The most important plus is the beach towels that you change yourself in two bars.

Good location, slightly removed from loud bars, while an acceptable beach with its own sun beds.
The rooms are relatively small, a wardrobe and a safe in the bathroom, this is an interesting solution.
The sea is almost always with waves, snorkeling is not available.
Good, polite staff, good breakfasts.
There is a PNY Bike rental nearby, it is best to take it for a few days and travel around the whole island.
During the rest, there were minor shoals: during cleaning, old towels were taken away, but new ones were not put in, the hot water in the rooms was turned off for one day, and then they worked with jackhammers for one day to find a leak.
In general, the hotel is not bad, quite quiet due to the distance from the road and at the same time cozy.
If it weren't for the comments, which probably took place as accidents, I would have given 5 stars.

Location, staff, breakfast, beach, pool - great!
The rooms are really small, but you only sleep there))
Opposite there is a very decent spa with massages.
A brilliant idea with beach towels, you take as much as you want without any cards.
We will definitely come back again))

A modern, comfortable hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is delicious, but expensive, a small local beer is 120 baht, plus 10% service fee is added to the receipt automatically. A good enough breakfast.
The beach is decent. Sellers tire of all sorts of nonsense, but it seems that this is the case everywhere on Koh Samui. We are used to relaxing in Phangan, fortunately this has not been observed there yet.
There are a lot of Chinese people in the hotel.
The airport is 10-15 minutes away, convenient.

A chic hotel with modern design and interesting room decor. Its own beach, a huge swimming pool, cool breakfasts.
I didn't like the attitude of the staff. Some kind of collective farm snobs. I stayed at the hotel for a day, gave 3,000 baht and will never come back here.
Oh, no sound insulation yet. The voices of the neighbors can be heard during a quiet conversation. I was surprised, with such a room rate.

Great hotel. Clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is very polite, the pool is nice and the beach is just amazing. White clean sand, sandy bottom, clear water 💕 there are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. There is a shopping center nearby. A great place to relax!

A modern hotel, cleaning every day with a change of bed linen and towels, courteous staff, delicious breakfasts, a clean white sand beach and a clear turquoise sea. Maybe we were so lucky or always so, the sea was calm around the clock! The room was overlooking the garden, which I never regretted, quiet, cozy. I really liked it! I would like to come to this hotel again!
