Waiters and business owners are a little smiley. When it became more recognizable than before, the commercial side outweighed and the desire to make money increased. Especially when it is a place with famous customers, their attitude and approach to the normal acceptable public layer. If you go knowing this, the food is fine. It will be better if they don't just burn the edges of the lahmacun.
