I was driving from my farm once, I needed to find out the exact address in order to type it into the navigator.
Explaining this is not their thing, where is the warehouse and where is the office - different things.
They answered as if I had called 20 times, not for the first time. I didn't hear any politeness, and when I arrived at the warehouse, at first we waited together until the person shipped the goods, only then he went to process my documents (this moment also dragged on for 30 minutes, since it was more important to laugh on the phone), but come on.
I constantly travel around Minsk for agricultural spare parts, but this is the first time I've met this. My advice to you is to contact AquilonAvto or Iss-kit, they will stuff you with full pockets of sweets, and even fill your stomach with coffee, and if you decide to refuse, they will be offended!
They will complete everything and help to bring it to the car, and here 50 meters with these spare parts.
Bottom line: I don't recommend it, there are cooler guys on the market!
