Many thanks to the owners and managers who were able to preserve the beautiful architecture of the building, while organizing a luxury hotel with excellent responsive staff. The interior of the guest house is at the highest level - restrained, original and modern. The rooms are spacious, there is a kettle, toiletries, a good smart TV. I really liked the breakfasts. Depending on the load, either a buffet or a server table is rented for each room, while always going to meet if there is anything to do. A separate plus is for the beautiful food court with mountain views. One of the nuances is the view from the window to the abandoned building, but I think that this nuance will be eliminated in the near future, because work is underway to put it in order and it did not bother us, the mattress in the room is too soft, there is no safe (or I did not find it). During the 3 nights that we spent there, we got into the atmosphere of the place, I recommend to everyone how to travel from Tbilisi to Yerevan or just come and rest for a few days.
