I recently stayed at Tbilisi Story Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Since the price was slightly lower compared to nearby hotels, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros:
✅ The service is wonderful—the staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
✅ The hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere, from the rooms to the corridors, making it feel warm and welcoming.
✅ Perfect location—many tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it super convenient.
✅ The terrace and city view are absolutely amazing! This was my favorite part of the stay—just sitting there and enjoying the beautiful view of Tbilisi.
Cons:
🔸 Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me.
🔸 The rooms are small, but given the price, they’re still a great deal. Plus, we were out exploring all day, so it didn’t really matter.
🔸 It can get a bit noisy at times, but nothing unbearable.
Overall, a fantastic stay! If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and budget-friendly hotel with great service, this is definitely a great choice. Would love to come back! 😊

This hotel is impeccable! I'm thrilled!. Comfortable, clean, cozy. The hotel is located in the center, on foot to the historical center. Delicious breakfasts. Everything you need is there, and drinking water and glasses, slippers, bathrobes. The rooms are very cozy., with views of the city and mountains. There is a very cozy roof terrace. It offers a very beautiful view of the old city center. The next time I'm in Tbilisi, I'll choose this particular hotel.

I recommend this hotel!
Excellent location, within walking distance of all the main sights of Tbilisi, it is very atmospheric around the old town.
The young guys at the reception talked pleasantly
We got a room on the ground floor with a patio, it was nice to sit on a warm summer evening with a bottle of wine
A very beautiful view of the 5th floor terrace of the whole of Tbilisi
The room is not big , but everything is clean and comfortable 👍

It's a wonderful hotel that I've made a note of for future trips! You can contact the administrators in both Russian and English.They will always come to the rescue in the form of an iron supply, and they are generally friendly.It's decorated in a modern way, with cool graffiti on the wall, which my neighbor and I admired on the veranda from the room (we lived on the ground floor).I recommend it for a stop!

The room is pleasant.
The hotel itself is near the temple. Near Avlobari metro station. Good location.
Of the cons, there was a feeling that Russians were not welcome here at all (((
At breakfast, alas, there are almost empty marmite, dirty tables…

Beautiful view...but only at night...So-so in the afternoon!There was a sea of mosquitoes in the room and the sheets were covered in someone's blood...It's not a very pleasant place....We took it off because we arrived in Georgia in the dead of night and with a small child, there was no time to choose for a long time....I wouldn't go there a second time.

The hotel has 5 floors , there is no elevator , there is not enough breakfast in the dining room , the dishes are washed manually , there is no dishwasher , the tables are dirty and sticky , the girl is rude and angry , the milk is sometimes sour , the butter is cut into tiny pieces by hand ... There are no words . With these hands, he washes the dishes, cleans them, then we cut the butter.. The towels are all torn. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner of the hotel is not even ashamed of such a horror... It's certainly greed to bring the hotel to such a state..

We were unlucky, at first the water was turned off for half a day (an accident somewhere in the city), the next day there was no light, and the next day the Internet was malfunctioning
The view is beautiful from above, the room is small but cozy, the beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too high (despite the fact that there are 2 per guest). The room is clean, but the previous guests left a bottle on the terrace and did not clean it, only garbage was thrown out during the stay, toilet paper had to be asked
The breakfast buffet is the same, meager, only the side dish and salad changed, it's still fine for 1-3 days, it's already difficult
The staff is excellent, we extended the best room at a lower price
The location is convenient, near the metro and 10-30 minutes to all the main attractions
The hotel is located on a hill

Small modern, stylish rooms, city views on the upper floors, not much view from the windows below, rooms on the ground floor have a small cozy terrace, breakfasts are quite simple, the staff is excellent. In general, for a tourist who returns to the room only to spend the night, it is a very good option.

A convenient place for location around the city. The metro is a 7-minute walk away. The staff is very polite. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. We always walked to the city center - 15 minutes and you are in any place where you can start walking, and there you can find either the subway or a city bus.
